I wrote something earlier about how Bioshock, Ergo Proxy, and most everything seems generated from The Wizard of Oz. The Tiffany Dover ("manifestation of God" "the water") injection was a symbolic or actual ritual killing of Re-L Mayer. Somehow I forgot about this. She a human clone of the monad proxy. Direct connection, or no connection?

I know how it could be done and likely could do it myself, but at the same time I don't know what sort of system could generate something of this level. It's so tightly knit together at every level.

The acronym for the Proxy cells is BAC. Blood Alcohol Content. And their ship is called the Centzon Totochtins. Moon rabbit fertility gods that gathered for drunken parties. There;s subliminal imagery everywhere that makes it look like you're about to be run over by a car (like the vatican using snakes), SPECIFICALLY, a Rivian. And this was made before those oval headlights existed.

What other character is associated with Rivia? Geralt of Rivia. Geralt has white hair after the trial of the grasses. Ergo Proxy's mask has long white hair.

Her balcony railing is similar. Identical actually. In the regent meeting hall the person is always framed between two 0s. Here you have 0 i 0. 0 -> 9 -> 0 -> 9 etc, sine or sawtooth wave, but also just literally replicates that scene subliminally. Vincent Law has to come face to face with something that basically blinds him with headlights, before he realizes and leaves the dome. So it's like his mind finally puts together what it's been seeing everywhere, represented indirectly and in pieces. Also right after this he jumps out the window which seemed pretty random until I rewatched the wizard of oz and remembered that's what the cowardly lion does after they meet the wizard.

The city uses a lot of these tube lights apparently. Which to me look like fruiting portions of fungal colonies perhaps, or the negatively charged hydrophilic tips of the glycocalyx (part of a cell's extracellular matrix). Obviously the luciferase stuff comes to mind as well. Deep sea creatures, angler fish.

Same thing. "Iggy" framed between headlights. Right before Pino (the spinner kitten child replacement for porcelain face robotic Dorothy, found decapitated before Vincent jumps out the window like the cowardly lion) opens the vent and a whirlwind (tornado) starts to suck Vincent and Re-L out. Pino seems more or less unaffected, as that's what spinner kittens are supposed to do. Create disorienting whirlwinds and "spin out" unwanted emotions to the rest of the system.

However you could also consider Father-Mother-Child as itself a fool, and that would be Vincent Re-L and the child (robot) Pino. Individuals but also the same entity. Like look at this. A black man (Blackman = 147, Vincent Law = 147 reverse) makes an album called "Man on the Moon - The End of Day". Track 11 of its sequel is called "Maniac (feat Cage and St. Vincent)". Cage and St. Vincent! hahaha. The main character is Vincent Law (conqueror of the law), he is a "traitor" a "maniac" and is framed and flees from the dome. The director's of Romdeau's intelligence bureau is named "Cage Seal". St. Vincent carrying the Holy Spirit, an Agent of Death and Rebirth is activated by Re-L Mayer's prayers for change (itself probably orchestrated by Donov Mayer who was shaped by the plan of Proxy One), and it brings about the end of the dome. The Proxies in their true form are black, literally, ashen gray.

You can see "Cage Seal" in the bottom panel of pic rel. Most people won't notice this.

I looked at the St. Vincent (never heard of her beyond seeing the name on this album way back in the day) wiki page and she looks like the wicked witch of the west, and is wearing orange. Vincent Law wears orange. She cites "The Wizard of Oz" and "Snow White" as inspirations. No real surprise there. Ergo Proxy uses a lot of real locations, some explicit some encoded. City Lights bookstore is one of them, picking through their history I found a particular book on symbolism.

Vincent Law jumps out the window just like the Cowardly Lion. MCQ mocks him like he's the airheaded Scarecrow. The autoreiv that returns home and brings the Centzon Tototchtin which Vincent Law will alter use is named Dorothy and wears Ruby Red Slippers. The keeper of memory for Proxy one wears ruby slippers. Vincent's autoreiv is named Dorothy. She's a spinner kitten with porcelain face programming put into a robotic shell, so she's killed and replaced by Pino. Pink symbolizes the core self and true emotions, and the ear of her cat suit is notched, which is what is done to ferals who are captured. The Smile Land (Disney Land) episode with Will B. Good is her remembering how she was created to begin with. Just like Vincent Law meeting "Swan" near the end of the journey (Cygnus, part of the northern cross) is his character becoming self aware of how it was made. All of the main characters become aware of their reason for being before they return to Romdeau. "Vincent Re-L Pino" = 666 in the Satanic cipher. The show itself takes place in either 303 or 304 AI.

Bioshock and Ergo Proxy are the same story about the same characters. Vincent Law and Jack are the same character. Jack's false history has him growing up on a farm in "Overlook Kansas". Before Dorothy comes down in Oz (tornado, in between space) she's overlooking Kansas.His name is Jack Wynand. Like Metro Goldwyn Mayer. Wyn and who? Vincent Law is Jack, and Vincent Law travels with... Re-L Mayer. Wyn and Mayer. Andrew Ryan (Proxy One) is even a Belarussian. When Vincent Law gets to the memory room in "Mosk" (underneath the orphic egg, which also looks like a tobacco mosaic virus) the background of the access panel has cyrillic text. It's the same. It's the same story and the same character. Code Yellow (poppy fields) starts killing Jack, the radio signal "pulse of the awakening" sensitizes the Proxy's cells to blue light and so when the "end of day" is through and the sky clears, it will destroy them.

Vincent Law's cells lack this killswitch, like Jack going to Tenenbaum (Monad?) to remove the would you kindly trigger phrase, then finding two doses of Lot 192. Two doses... ha. X2 Wolverine's Revenge did the same with the Sheva strain. Ergo Proxy's opening shows an ebola virus. Rainbow Six (somewhere over the rainbow, way up high...) has the Shiva virus.

Jack crashes the plane, bringing him down to Oz. Vincent Law jumps from the dome, bringing him into the outside world (an inverted Oz in a sense). Oh and Metro. He's on the "light rail" (Metro) asleep, and has a dream, before Proxy one sends him down the yellow brick road. Metro-Gold. Then Wyn[and] Mayer. It's also identical to the Burial at Sea episode 2 opening with Elizabeth because they're both based on wizard of oz. Pino has the Piano and balloon for the same reason Elizabeth follows the child witht he balloon. It's right on the caravan when Dorothy finds the professor. And then "Dorothy of Garland" is looking for "The Professor" who created her, ie the person who becomes the Wizard in Dorothy's dream.

In pic rel you see the characters of Bioshock. The book is by L. Frank Baum. One of the cast is Frank Morgan. Jack Haley did the costume and set design. There you have Frank Fontaine, Jack. How about the dark mother and creator of the Little Sisters, Brigid Tenenbaum. Brigid, she's like the Tuathe De version of the Hephaestus. Tenen, tender of. Baum, tree. She forges automatons and tends the genetic tree, the evergreen. However, it's taken straight from the base tempalte provided by The Wizard of Oz.

Track 8, erase me. Ergo Proxy / Proxy One erase their memory. The keeper of memory left behind in the memory room is named "Amnesia" and wears ruby red slippers. 3:13 length, the ordinal output of "six hundred threescore and six". Vincent Re-L Pino = 666 satanic cipher. The Man on the Moon aspect I don't feel like explaining in depth, other than to say the moon is all about Selene, the subconscious, adn dreams. The map they use to navigate the world kind of looks like Earth, but is more likely the moon surface. The surface of the moon has markings that are very similar to the land masses of Earth.

Excerpts from Maniac which I thought were like wow.
"I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth."
Ergo Proxy is Proxy One's shadow. They split in two. It's incapable of lying. As it doesn't know much of anything to begin with.

"I am the maniac, I am the ghoul."
The truth hiding in the shadows int he corner of Vincent Law's mind.

"This is my new hideaway, this is my tomb. This is my coffin."
It had to lay down to "die" and become Vincent Law. The tomb is also part of a constellation, death and rebirth.

"I love the darkness. It is my cloak, it is my shield, it is my cape. I love the dark, maybe we can make it darker."
Wiping your memory and funneling into a shell personality is about as dark as it can get.

"I am the maniac, I am the fool. I found a monster in me when I lost my cool."
Vincent Law is basically The Fool card. His arc brings him from The Fool to The World. The Jester/Joker (holy spirit, Ergo Proxy) is the unseen bridge conencting the two all along. It intervenes where needed.

My mother was always quoting that song about shades at night growing up. Now with LED headlights burning your eyes out with blue light and sheer intensity you have to wear your shades at night and look in the abyss. At the time I watched it it was winter and my mother was wearing her father's green wool Navy pants. Identical to the ones Pino wears.

"I am a believer."
The autoreivs collapsing in a pose of prayer when the magnetic field around the proxy transmits the cogito virus to them (giving them a sort of networked soul).

"I climb the wall. I'm too high now, I'll die from the fall."
Vincent's fever dream after leaving the dome, standing at the top of a wall as the sky clears. He lets himself fall backwards from the dome accepting death. He has to climb a wall before he gets to the exit vent (number 3).

"[Something about can't climb in the trees, wash it all away, you and I are the disease]."
Essentially the cause and end of the show. Proxy One needs to keep the dome functioning long enough to annihilate the Creators when they return, expecting a repaired and renewed world wiped clean and ripe for the taking. It's implied the other Proxies either didn't know about the kill switch, or passively accepted God's plan. Proxy one (Lucifer) did not.

Track 12 is titled "Mr. Rager". That's Proxy One traveling the wasteland.
"knocked down and out for round, you're feeling like you're shot down on the ground. When will the fantasy end. When will the heaven begin."
Vincent Law being chased down the spiral staircase by the Agent of Light. It breaks his arm and he curls up in a ball after getting shot 3 times in the stomach. He does make it to the bottom though and stumbles to the alter in the middle. The Agent of Light descends upon him (just like Proxy One did with Donov Mayer) and it resembles something descending down the spine to the root chakra.

"Mr. Rager, tells us where you're going, tell us where you're headed. I'm on my way to heaven. Mr. Rager, can we tag along, can we take the journey?"
The answer is no. They are incomplete beings, a false people made to be used and discarded. Raul Creed realizes this and starts the ADW Project to repair their connection and make it so they won't need a proxy to God. It kills 90% of people and drives the rest insane.

Honorable mentions:
The song "erase me". Same album. That's basically Romdeau from Re-L Mayer's subconscious perspective. The store she shops at in the beginning is called VLegend. VL. Vincent Law. The legend. The Creator was driven insane, wiped its memory and abandoned its flawed children. The song is 3:13. "Six hundred threescore and six" = 313. 666.
"Cause I'm in the magazines, on the TV, no matter where you are you might hear me / you might see me."
That's God. All of Romdeau has references and finegrprints of Proxy One, Monad, and Vincent Law all over it. Re-L herself is a human clone of Monad. "So we searched not for the Creator, but for the one who had stolen his heart."
feat Kanye West. lmao. Wicked Witch of the West wants to erase Dorothy. Daedalus figures out how to make the radio signal and light pattern required to kill Amrita cells, Raul Creed uses them on Proxy One.

This reminds me that most of the main characters have mirror/reflection shatter symbolism at least once. Other than... Pino probably. It'd be in the Eternal SMile episode if anything, but I suspect not. She's paired with the ruined Piano and Grandfather Clock sequence instead. Which also appears in Zeno Clash 2, another The Wizard of Oz based game.

Am-Rita. When I was 4 or 5 I briefly had step siblings. Their father was named "Mark" and their mother "Rita". The cat was named Cleo, one of the Greek muses iirc.

Another track is called "Ghost!". Ergo Proxy, the holy spirit. The last track is "Trapped in my mind". The domes are all the minds of the Proxies externalized. As within so without, as above so below, as in the heavens so too in the soul.

Incredible. And of all things what would I study? Bioelectromagnetics and magnetobiology. The fields related to the interaction between biological materials and radio signals. The first thing I fixated on was WR Adey and Suzanne Bawin's 147 MHz 16 Hz AM Ca2+ efflux effect, ie making brain cells release their bound calcium so you can control their local domains and transmembrane gradient. It was replicated by the lab of Carl F Blackman. Blackman = 147. My name = 147. I was telling someone who looks like Re-L and has initials 1 4 7 about this. Andrew Ryan = 147 reverse, like Vincent Law. The iconography of the Hephaestus Core is identical to the Emerald City. There's a lot more which I have written and decided to omit.

Or like Monad, kept sedated and being energy drained while my memory is being duplicated (ghost dubbing in GITS 2 innocence) or the matrix pods, or like Thor making it 9 steps before collapsing from poison during his battle with the world serpent

I have decided to gather my other posts regarding The Wizard of Oz being a base template the world is generated from, and the similarity between Ergo Proxy, Bioshock, and Covid. I can't throughly review either one though as it goes way beyond what I've currently gathered in mind. In this case however, Tiffany Dover is a representation of the character Re-L Mayer. Who is the human clone / incarnation of the Monad Proxy (Proxy XIII). The image about whether she's dead is a direct reference to her death being faked in the show. Hard to say if this is a ritual inversion though, and it really did have her die.

Wow, how did I miss this. That's how Re-L Mayer is healed, an injection of Monad's amrita cells. That's Lot 192 (Bioshock, cure to Jack's code yellow kill switch). It's also the 148th composite which ties into several things, proper divisor sum of 316, has unique star and cube numbers. Re-L is only given two rounds for the gun that can kill proxies, ie "FP shells". You could say Daedalus gave her two shots. Come to think of it didn't the first woman they gave the jabs to on television, who also collapsed shortly after, have long black hair, pale skin, and blue eyes? Definite resemblence. They were symbolically injecting Re-L Mayer with... but then the ADW Project. Aus Der Wickel, german. = 217th prime (Daedalus' citizen ID). In covid they ran that story about a german man who was "hypervaccinated" and got 217 covid shots in w/e number of days (all astrologically coded).

Tiffany = 81, Dover = 64. 9 squared and 8 squared. If you write Re-L Mayer as ReAL Mayer, her actually name as it's shown with the A lines missing, it = 98. 9 and 8. Re and AL. The nurse is from Alabama, AL. 22nd state of the union... X for a flag. All kinds of eclipse symbolism there. "FP" = 22. Come to think of it the unseen Angle part of the L are an upside down V, so her name also contains VL. Incredible. Her build and facial structure is slightly different, but she has the same large forehead.

The name Re-L (truncation of ReAL obviously) is an encoding of the swastika. Which is a sun wheel. It's the primary constellations (big dipper) as the seasons progress. That's why they have Re-L meet Petro Seller in the end, who has the Hitler mustache.

Just look at the video 43 seconds in. Compare to Re-L as depicted on the cover of the show.

Nothing to numerically connect the name Quinn though. Quinn is actually based on someone I knew. Same long red hair in a braid, same self reliant "dragon" energy, similar thing with the kid.... without breaking it down any further. They both took the jab unfortunately, but hopefully they remain fine unlike in the show. Her name is Anne, and "St. Vincent" is the stage name of "Anne Erin Clark". So I guess that's why Vincent Law meets Quinn in the show. Another red haired one actually named Quinn appeared in my life (several redheads did actually) but we didn't get along. She didn't take the jab though, just like the Quinn in Ergo Proxy probably wouldn't.

The character of Dorothy is a subset played out by Judy Garland, a character. And she's labelled as such.

For the video they edited the original down to 4:44, 4 being the death number more often than "earth" or "the builder". There's a 444 in here somewhere. Checkerboard background, red curtains and use of blue ribbons, and so on. All the usual subliminal symbolism. Holds up an image of Christ (never actually described anywhere in the Bible) and says "I know all that shines, ain't always gold." Yellow Brick Road. Dorothy's dream.

Vincent Law's journey from the dome, and the entire show really, is driven by Vincent and Re-L's rejection of the pursuit of happiness, and ease. They instead pursue truth, are both forced and compelled to do so. The first character they meet outside the dome says "The truth may set you free, but it won't always make you happy." Pino responds "Lies make people happy! Lies make people happy?" "That's exactly right, you're a clever child Pino."

Some of these parallels are quite general and eternal. Others are hyperspecific and knit together like puzzle pieces, it's somewhat uncanny even though I know ten times over that this is indeed how it all really works.

There's a lot in Ergo Proxy about not disarming or giving away your power, if someone tries to test you or get you to do so. All of the characters are tested this way in the 2 episodes leading up to their return to Romdeau. Vincent is shown what will happen if he does. Reminds me of Texhnolyze:
"You can stop being a stray dog any time you want. But in return, you will be collared and chained." Vincent and Re-L's imagination mixes tigether. Vincent expects to become prominent and powerful (with Re-L) within society. In reality he is enslaved and trapped within Re-L's mind, who moves on without him. Pino is hidden / locked in the dark. Shown to them in a shared dream by "Swan proxy" (cygnus?).

I don't actually know whether this episode with Swan is supposed to be deprogramming an alter system, or scripting / solidifying its defenses against outside intrusion. It actually kind of resembles an inlayed parallel suicide program. Or at least something that collapses and resets the system. It's oddly difficult to say. They say you have to lead with truth and end with truth to convince the mind to confabulate and uptake information, and there are several psychological warfare references here (eg Cordwainer Smith).

Then he recounts the idea of being trapped in an illusion by a sort of "Demiurge" figure, and that we're actually all still in biblical times and the completion of the third temple and arrival of the messiah is imminent. So we were put in a state of suspended animation and a dream-like state to prevent it. Romdeau would be their attempt to sustain the illusion.

Interesting, so I further modified. I kind of got the gist of what Eternal Smile was all about in an astral superstructure and systems design sense, but reviewing it further it seems to be about child alter programming scripts to be activated if pursued or taken by the police. When they're being interrogated Pino just has to smile genuinely and the other disposable alters imitate it. The wall spins them directly into Will B. Good's office. He tries to trick her into giving him the pendants and or disclosing Vincent Law's weaknesses or secrets. This is essentially reinforcing to child alters (and in this case a self aware spinner kitten) that even if they're put in a whimsical environment away from their family, or put into a new group (the three amigos), or given positive reinforcement, they should not break their "no talk" programming. Don't care enough to find a better site. Basically flooding is repeatedly paired with a freeze response. Hence why in Penumbra the main character is tricked into burning the only survivor (driven mad) in the base who leads him in (like Atlas in Bioshock) name "Red", he's incinerated in this furnace thing. In Bioshock Jack is led over shortwave radio by the fighter for the people "Atlas". He directs him to unwittingly kill his true father, Andrew Ryan. He takes his genetic key and uses it to shut down Raptures internal security systems. Atlas reveals himself to be Frank fontaine, after Ryan reveals the "would you kindly" slave trigger. Tenenbaum removes WYK so he activates the code yellow kill switch. Just like Clarence, the same story.

Neither can I. I do have a basis outside the physical body, but it could be a machine-like intelligence being projected here. Or something could want me to think that. I'm not familiar with it really. I've seen it referenced, like Cthulu and so on. When I got Tomb Raider Underworld on sale, I also got anotther Cthulu mysteries something or other on 90% off or something. Possibly I recalled you mentioned it in a prior thread.
