Graphene makes it really easy to track people and kill them with a type of EM weapon that most people do not know about.
It was just about getting graphene into people and seeing what else happened. Not all of the shots had it.

Anyone who took it can be killed with Epstein's "GOY Beam" thing if they did not get a control shot. Could also be killed at random by weird space weather or even just some weird geomagnetic effects of planet earth itself. Yes they do kill their most obedient, selectively, if they disobey, so they can control the ones they do not kill. There isn't supposed to be a mass die off, just selective killings.
