Me and my cousins lived in a haunted duplex for like, three years. Nothing particularly crazy but cold spots, footsteps.

Looking at records I think it's some dude who used to live there named Patrick, Patrick just sort of does things and could be heard randomly. Never once saw any apparition of him. I don't know if that's because apparitions are rare or something
