The South African grand prix death video is very extreme. A track marshall gets hit by an f1 car at full speed through a straight. The impact sends the man spinning so violently his body rips itself apart. All that was left of him was an unrecognizable lump of gore. The only way the officials could determine who was hit was by taking a roll call.
