We all know you are really just using this software to have celebs bang monsters and animals anyways so here is the current breakdown https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/638911/celebrity-look-a-likes-for-3d-figures-part-4/
>>1027599 better workflow is daz (or unreal if you aren't retarded) for posing and framing and then deepfake replace more realistic faces over the top.
>>1027700 the models are edited versions of lucosmico's ports, the outfits are from DAZcharm. these renders also have a fair bit of postediting as well
>>1027732 load up any character figure in Daz, select them in the Scene menu, and scroll through the Parameters tab. you'll see a bunch of sliders for adjusting various parts of the model. you can also go to the Surfaces tab to look at the used textures directly
>>1027749 yes. daz comes preloaded with some basic morph options, there are assets which expand the amount of morphs you have at your disposal, as well as character morphs that reshape the entire figure
>>1027750 hmm looking at it... you basically use the head morph and go backshit insane using other body morphs beside the one that comes with the models the artist created.
like for instance you have -emma frost head -emma frost body
you just yeet the latter and use whatever is in your disposal?
>>1027753 correct. a lot of videogames have very stylized bodies that look weird on their own (Street Fighter 6 is a big example of this). most character morphs you come across will have separate head and body morphs so you can do whatever you want to their figure while still having a recognizable face. picrel i swapped her in-game body with another thicc body morph, then made various adjustments after the fact
>>1027756 wow... okay i can finally think i can dive into daz. also last question...
i use some of Sonne models and noticed that some models like Juri han and Chunli has "alt morphs" basicaly morphs i think that can be used for body morphs like the one above. the issue i have is that the hair for some reason clips with that version and work fine with the original morph.
would it be fine to just use the original head morph sonne use and not have issues?
>>1027759 I believe Sonne sometimes uses the exact hairs ripped from the game where the character originates and it doesnt scale with morphs like other hairs made specifically for daz. You can manually reposition and scale those though or just find a daz hair that is similar.
>>1027765 since i'm a noob at the latter would using the original head morph be fine instead of the alt morph? im trying to understand why he even made the latter since 99% of people just have a head and body morph and thats all xD
>>1027759 i have those models too. the product page says the alt head morph is for use with the G8F body, i tested them side-by-side and the alt morph appears to have more evened out proportions. the hair was still off, though, you'll have to spend some time manually repositioning it if you decide to use the alt morph.
>>1027776 you can use any combination of morphs you want, so long as they're for the figure you're using (you can't use a G9 morph on a G8F figure, for example). honestly i don't know why Sonne included it.
as for the hair, there's no script, but it's easily fixable, just reposition it yourself. or go the path of least resistance just not use the alt head morph altogether
About a year ago I found a G9 model of Maelle from exp33, which now that I look at it it's obviously a straight game rip, not some remake. Too bad she only has two costumes because I really wanted the French outfit but better than nothing. Now I had to download it from some obscure file sharing site probably linked from a chinese page I found from google, because guess what, every single website I know that shares models had a fit about how Maelle is OnLy sIxTeEn. The model must have come from somewhere though. Any pirating websites I'm not aware of that aren't cucked by reddit-tier moralfaggotry? If I weren't a nigger I'd probably learn to rip UE assets myself, but...
>>1027791 G9 model: >Note: Due to this character being 16, I have kept her body in an unusable state to prevent NSFW renders being made with her - she will fit into her game outfit, and other outfits should still work on her. Additionally, her textures do not have nipples for this reason. I also haven't included her morphs to try to prevent the base feminine body being used with her. Please do not create any lewd renders with her character - I will take down the model if I see such renders made. Mine has nipples and all. And an extra outfit. Still wonder where it came from. But thanks.
Oh yeah, found mine on render-state now, wasn't there when I looked back then. Also another "uncucked" Maelle that isn't really uncucked because she looks like her mom. But that one has the French outfit I wanted.
>>1027571 Thanks, I was wondering if there was a way to keep bodyparts in place. Any more tutorials you can recommend? >>1027706 It's a boy actually. >>1027830 Make sure to use the Beta version of DAZ 2026, the iray version DAZ 4.x uses doesn't work with the RTX 5000.
>>1027896 >Fuck off to atf with the other trannies or something. looks like you misquoted and meant to tag this tranny that shits up this general each day >>1027862
Daz is built to be very intuitive with beginners in mind, their software is free, but content is paid. With a minimal amount of effort, you will find content available online. The user guide will show you how to use Daz to make scenes, and produce rendered images. I would follows OP's beginners guide for starters.
>>1028084 >>1028091 I'm of two minds about it. On the one hand, the K-Pop look is kind of creepy; on the other hand, I vastly prefer it to the bratwurst-lipped hyperbimbo or the Bogdanoff sewer mutant types that are so common these days. It's like all the creators just collectively decided, "ugly = sovl" Or maybe they want to discourage people using their characters to make porn, which I can appreciate.
So this is the power of advance pussy redux https://files.catbox.moe/qtw6by.png Did not find any hidden morphs active and the non redux version of AP seems to work fine without the vagina fangs
are all the scripts made for daz 4.0 going to be dead forever? i stopped using daz entirely since my rtx 5080 doesn't work in 4.0, and nothing works in 5.0
>>1028081 Who even started that distinctive k-poop idol look and when? Even the k-poppers didn't look like that from the start, they had to get inspired from somewhere especially since no human on this planet is born like that and literally all of them undergo massive bone re-shaping to look like that.
>>1028469 I use a dust generator in a .vdb file. Just look up VDB in Daz3d and there are both products and tutorials if you want to make your own in blender or such. >>1028513 that is actually not that hard. Two approaches on performance and one just plain brute force. Brute force is easy but heavy to run. Make a plane and add your mosaic texture to diffuse (just for non-iray) and in the glossy color channel. Put roughness at 0 and set refraction value to 1. That will make the surface completely pass through of light with the glossy channel color image controlling what colors are projected. If you want to do it more perfect then add a texture to control the refraction value so that only the "glass" part of the mosaic lefts through light. This is not a cheap effect on the GPU. Or you can cheat and simply take your mosaic image and blur it in photoshop and then use it as a decal with a very low emission value. Looks nearly as good and cost next to nothing but demand more manual work and hard locked to a certain angle (you cant just change the scene without breaking the effect). Hope that makes sense.
>>1028527 Yeah, those methods make sense. This scene reminds me of learning level design with unreal tournament 2004. Projected textures were amazing at the time.
Any idea whats with the female genitals of my characters? https://files.catbox.moe/1zwqpg.jpg This happens with all the major genital types I've tried from different vendors. The first thing I did was toggle hidden morphs and it doesnt appear to be any of those. Though, applied to a base character the creases are far less pronounced. Is the least painful fix just creating a fix morph?
>>1028527 it does, thank you for explaining. every time i feel like i've started getting a decent grasp of this program, i see stuff like what you just posted and realize how little i know. is this all stuff you've learned through experimentation, or did you study this from some resource?
>>1028541 custom morph? geografts position themselves relative to specific vertices so if the median point (or whatever it is) of those vertices isn't in a good place you get weird bulging and stuff. it's REALLY bad on the g9 geografts for some reason
>>1028546 >mewing on too many gobbo cocks. I like "squareheads" and so called "man-jaw" women. >>1028542 >is this all stuff you've learned through experimentation yeah basically. Like you I saw something and went "I want to test this out myself". also nice moody render. Love your detective images.
Throwing together a khazar milkers waifu in daz and in need of a star of david necklace I browse renderhub and find over 9000 results. Filter by free and zero. Really makes you think!
>>1027830 you write like a german. Have fun finding out that DAZ is a broken Software and the devs have complete lost control over it. Enjoy the lag in Alpha which you need to use your 50xx and enjoy all the fucked up products causing problems everywhere so you spend 90% of your time bugfixing
>>1028654 >>1028660 i think he's definitely using a photo to do the diffuse texture, the top half of her face looks very different to the bottom half texture-wise. still very talented though, any time i try to just eyeball sculpt a likeness like that it looks like shit
>>1028861 make an account on https://zonegfx.com/blog I'll send you some neetbux. Just gotta visit the site every day and they give you 50 of whatever for their point system. f95zone also has daz stuff https://f95zone.to/sam/latest_alpha/#/cat=assets/page=1/prefixes=33/noprefixes=35
>>1028864 nd3d if you meant "cute" >>1028857 shows us the problem >>1028851 The driving force behind becoming a daz chud. Recreating fetishes you cant create in real life.
>>1028902 i think the main problem is the pregnancy morph isn't very good. maybe look for a better one on renderstate/zonegfx if you want abdomen stretch marks and shit you might not be able to find that
>>1027530 The problem i have with daz is the fact that what i want to acomplish is too hard. The faces, they are too realistic, cant get them to look like pixar (a blend between pixar and Bean mouth calarts like ruby gillman), anime faces in the other hand are only possible via uncanny morphs or generic anime presets with ugly cartoon shaders. I want realistic shading but cartoony proportions, which is rare.
Last of all, im a sucker for excessive body hair, im talking about thick happy trails, arm hair, armpit bushes etc.
I could use blender for that but that would imply constantly switching between blender and daz, materials not importing correctly and lots of annoying manual tweaks
I could try to export the body hair separatedly as a mesh and importing it, but id need to make it move with the armature. I dont know how to do that
Also for some reason the sonsy hellen morphs for g8f disappeared after installing a few more characters. But i can easily overcome this
Just afraid morphs will just suddenly disappear again
>>1028920 so you want a midpoint between pixar and stephen universe with realistic shaders and extreme body hair have you considered this would look fucking horrible and retarded?
>>1028927 well daz does have pixar type morphs but i've never seen any cal arts type ones you can obviously do realistic shaders and hair too have a look around on renderstate or something
>>1028932 if you're using blender then just fix the shaders and you can do hair with the geonodes/particle system in blender way easier than relying on importing daz meshes or whatever basically just learn more and you can do what you want
>>1028936 using clothes or bodies from daz is fine, most people making porn in blender do it >I could try to export the body hair separatedly as a mesh and importing it, but id need to make it move with the armature. I dont know how to do that use a surface deform modifier on the body hair (target the body mesh). if you get some error about n-gons or something add a triangulate modifier to the body, then bind the surface deform, then delete the triangulate mod or it will destroy your performance you shouldn't need to go back and forth between daz and blender either, making morphs in blender, importing to daz, then exporting to blender for the actual rendering etc is a pretty standard workflow
>>1028937 The only thing i need is to import the clothes and poses to the blender import, which will have different textures (and a different mesh for the head)
If im going to be rendering there ill just use particles for the hair, no biggie
>>1028939 As a viable alternative ofc. But direct clothing and pose import in blender would do the trick, even if the target has different textures and whatnot
it baffles me how the animation suite in this program still sucks so bad. you can buy hundreds of dollars of plugins to make certain workflows a little easier, yet nothing exists to fix the painfully primitive animation controls themselves. the devs are truly committed to doing anything and everything to sell their product EXCEPT for improving the software itself
I have developed some kind of daz & blender workflow: >Create custom morphs in blender >Combine them with daz morphs >Add breastacular and other lewd grafts >Make the head tiny >Save as scene sub component >Export to blender via diffeomorphic >Change UVs, create custom procedural textures, add body hair >Add a custom, more cartoony head (i still need to learn how to rig simple faces, so atm ill just make it faceless, using grease pencil to draw a reference of how it would look like) >Add custom hairstyles via hair curves >Save the result as .blend >Create new daz scene >Import unmodified daz character >Pose it, add clothes >Import via diffeomorphic to blender >Use some custom addon I vibe coded to import the final version with custom head, UVs, textures etc >The addon reparents clothes to the final character's armature >Pose is copied to final character >Base daz version is deleted from blender scene >tfw i can combine the best of both programs Wont say hurrah yet, besides rigging a custom head id still need to figure out some stuff: >Proper jiggle physics >Proper hair physics >Proper cloth physics >Proper squeeze and interaction between the two >Lip sync >Custom animations that dont look too "realistic", looking more cartoony and elastic. Feel free to do whatever with this. I just intend to make comics quick with what i got... I still need to make the AI code the pose transfer
>>1029088 to give you an actual answer, you're pretty much going to have to look to using G8 hair assets, possibly G3 depending on how low poly you want. G9 is backwards compatible for the most part with older assets so you shouldn't run into any issues there. you can alternatively look for hair assets on Renderhub or Renderosity, though quality is not guaranteed
Total and utter blender newbie who only wants to get into this for horny purposes and not be creative. Is there an archive or site that has leaked blend files and models made by other artists that are locking ig behind patreon? Kemono is dead and some mega links were killed. Also what guides to follow if I want to make the models do poses and "interact" with each other. Not in animation format but just to make them touch and pose like this >>1028321 >>1027783 >>1027666
>>1029127 if you want to learn blender then download some models from smutbase and mess around with them. you don't need to be porting shit from daz straight from the getgo
I've gotten upset that this before here but I want to rant again: it's frustrating to find simple, natural everyday poses. yeah hurr hurr MAEK IT URSELF BRO!!!. I don't want to spend time fucking doing that? Like nigger I have a goal in mind and I just need natural poses quickly. 99% of all pose packs have the most outlandish, unnatural looking daz-y poses ever.
For any interested CGSerpent on rhub made all his stuff free. If you want help collect all of it I made a list of whats not been added to zone. pastebin com 58iaZqyi get the detracker thing and then upload what you get
>>1029224 Used to be 10 but its changed recently for some reason. If you say what you got and hopefully upload em somewhere (after removing the tracking) we can get the whole collection archived. I'd at least like to prevent dupes if you cant share them right now or dont want to.
>>1029238 They add tracking but gfx has a thread with a tool to remove it. Renderosity does it too. Click fill on any request and there will be a popup with a link to the thread to download the tool.
>>1029249 First thing I noticed was an AI assistant panel. Looks like the client supports multicore finally. The few scenes I've loaded so far have had far better viewport FPS. There are also some new shading types in the viewport like depth and "universal"
What are my fellow anons working on? Post renders please. I just started with Daz 6 and have spent a day sorting my libraries and scenes. Starting up my Knight series again that was inspired by EmmAnon.
I notice 6 also no longer drops those shitty thumbnails in the render folder at all.
>rename texture file in folder, about to save its replacement in place >Daz 6 crashes before I can, instead of just using a placeholder I'm sticking with 4, there's absolutely no reason for me to use 6 outside of rendering on my newer cards if it's crashing on little things 4 handled smoothly.
