So he healed a mix of regular and CE damage.
There is nothing to indicate Yuka's tumour was anything than a normal tumour.

There is still sorcery. For now.
Malu did two levels of soul fuckery.
1. He turned the afterlife into a soul fucker, making souls no longer generate CE, and removing that shared color from cursed spirits/kalyan/Lumel.
2. He soul fucked all the living normies in Japan, so that they no longer generate big amounts of CE. They're now all normal humans like everyone outside of Japan.
You'll notice 2 does not mention the living sorcerers. Malu says that he wasn't going to touch them. All living sorcerers still keep their sorcery. Its so that CE disappearing suddenly doesn't cause a big panic and chaos.

I don't think so, if it's Usami you're thinking of. The backlash from using his voice on more powerful opponents has actual effects on his body. Whether it's inflicted by a curse is irrelevant. I like to believe he spend too much time on Mahoraga vs Dabura that he suddenly remembered that he had to finish the manga in just 25 chapters. But he also realized Maru is the "MC" of this manga so between the two fights. Maru needed his to be finished properly
