I am 23 and I am kissless virgin. I have been to this school for almost 3 years now and have made no progress with changing that. There are many girls here that I find somewhat attractive.
How do normies establish any kind of social connection with girls? At this point I don't even care if I end up as just a friend/frienzoned, I just want a female in my life that is around my age.

Don't bother getting female attention, unless you can do it regularly and reliably. Because if you get a taste of it and then lose it with no easy way of getting it again, it's going to break you more than you already are.
