Like dude, everyone has been the creepy guy at the bar. It is why women keep saying most men in their arguments about why men are a nuisance. What you need to do is be patient with yourself. Try to when you go out next time instead of being the dream guy of her life, just be a guy she can have fun with and joke around with. I know that sounds awkward, but that is how you get to be the dream guy. She'll go through a ton of guys on her phone and in real life and be like with you, "hey this guy made me laugh I want to call him" and then you'll get a phone call or a chance to call her. If you on the other hand decide to not be laid back, you screw up your chances even more, because being desperate scares women off. I'm not saying still go after them, but you got to learn how to be laid back from talking to them several times. It's a lot like why when you chase a cat on the streets they run off as opposed to when you go near it crouch down and get on its level it walks to you and you can pet it. Women you got to be on their level a bit or else you scare them off.

No (though traveling can make you more interesting). The actual advantage is that it's kinda like being in college without the classes, in that it's super easy to meet people when you stay in hostels. It's not hard to find people to go out with, either for a day of sightseeing, or a night of partying. They can even be other guys, as it'll boost your confidence to talk to girls when at the club
I say I came the closest in my life because I did meet a couple lads a few times and went out to clubs, even talked to a few girls, but I'm far too ugly for it to ever go anywhere so of course it didn't. Maybe one day I'll just go to SEA
That's another thing, if you want super easy Asian chicks, go to SEA, but if you're ok with western Stacy's, just go to Europe
