I am lucky enough to work from home, so I don't have to deal directly with any shitty people, which I am grateful for. My team is wonderful and I also feel lucky that my co-workers are supportive and there's never been bad blood between us.
But I realized I am way more extroverted than I thought I was and I would love to be surrounded by people in my life. I could obviously work from a corporate office, but I also realized that I don't really like tech culture either. I don't relate much with these people. I really don't know where to pivot now that I am 30 years old.
If you relate, do you also have a plan to quit tech? What's your ideas?
