(All I could get as a 5-yr former neet)

Tl;dr you don't. You already hold this idea in your head that McDonald's workers are losers, therefore you'll always think you're a loser.
It's a good thing that you are ashamed though. Really the best thing to do is suffer through the pain and use it to work your way up. Become shift manager, because thats better than the burger flipper. Become store manager because thats better than shift manager. Etc. Use the shame to motivate you to become more successful in your field. Unless you actually are just a loser and you're stuck doing minimum wage jobs for the rest of your life, you have a ton of options to work up.
That or find a different job.

You're not a loser. You are more than your job, unless that's the only thing positive you have going for you. Even illegals in the US don't think they are losers for working at these places - it's just what they're doing for now.

This man knows. You need to look into "psychological framing" for some insight on this. Instead of it being a loser job (probably because of guilt/shame from your life's situation), you need to be grateful for the stepping stone into the working world.
Go into work and make the best burgers + fries that you can every day. If you need to, pretend as if you were making each burger for a hot bitch that fucks for quality burgers. People notice hard workers and you may find someone will want to poach you from McD's for a new job. At the very least, you need to build the "frame" that you are doing good things and snowball that into self-esteem. Start to believe that your quality work is influencing the world in a positive light.
Here's the key mantra you must tell yourself some variation of every day - "I am on my way". As long as you keep doing positive work and care about yourself, you'll find the light at the end of the tunnel. When you have a hard day at work or some adult activity is difficult, you just need to make sure you stay on this path rather than regressing back to neet comfort.
I was told this a long time ago, "Your first task when getting a new job is a new job". If you're making minimum wage, figure out how to make more as fast as you're comfortable with. Find new jobs, education opportunities, training, and other ways to better yourself. Play your life like a video game and level up.

they are paying you to work, then work correctly.
if you don't like the job, keep doing it righteous but start something else like selling or making clothes or just search for a new job while working, that's how you progress
