Not empty carbohydrates like bread, pasta, sugar and seed oils that makes pigs bloat. Muscle weights more and is useful. Appetite is good when muscles ache!
You'll be fine OP! Try not to look at it as failure and as an opportunity to be adventurous with your eating! Water weight is also a big thing so maybe you just weight yourself at an inopportune time!
