Is this the healthiest bread you can buy at a grocery store?

in theory, the healthiest bread is ezekiel bread, but I hate it because it tastes like somebody pulverized stale sunflower seeds into a loaf-like shape.
the real healthiest bread is whatever one you can tolerate eating.
I like the Sara Lee 45 calorie thin slices.

The typical ones do, but it's just freshly baked at best. They bake dough that arrives frozen and prepared and follow the baking instructions. That's it. Some of them do roll their own dough, but it's not common. It is here on the south side of the border though.
