I'd noticed lately that the first replies on threads here are aggressive insults lately for no reason. It's just one guy doing it? Lame. We deserve a better class of trolls here

Do you save your leftovers in a paper bag every time or is this the first time you had leftovers?
Also i found a recipe for a nori lemonade that sounds pretty good if you wanna look it up.
Also do you ever try to follow recipes or is it always just random stuff together?
Also god bless bro i dunno what happened to you but it probably isnt your fault.

>regularly spending around $40 on delivery
>lots of beef now
>expensive name brand soda/chips
like just one of those food deliveries is almost two weeks of food for me. i would've expected op to be some kind of NEET shut-in or something.
>>
>>
>>21911800
I'm not trying to offend anyone here, but if you really see OP's spending as lavish in any way you probably actually are below the poverty line or in a part of the world with food insecurity.
OP could be spending the money on much better food of course. I see wasted money. But it's not much more than it'd be with generic brands. He seems to get delivery stuff once maybe twice a week, and that does add up. But for a guy with no life who sits home all day being weird in every way, it's probably his only real expenditure.

>>expensive name brand soda/chips
I understand delivery food being an expensive luxury and at most an occasional treat for most people but if you consider grocery store pepsi cans to be a luxury you need to re-evaluate your own life choices.

>a dollar per can
do you live up in Alaska or Nunavut or something? Or you're buying yours out of shopping mall vending machines?
I'm Canadian like OP and a case of 24 is 14$ at the nearest shart mart, which is like USD 10$, that's more or less 50 cents a can.

cheap, no anti-caking agents like mainstream kosher, no pollutants like pink or sea. it has two limitations; it's large grain not meant for adding after, and it doesn't have iodine

229 is the highest number I've seen so far. If that doesn't bother you just keep eating like you are I guess. What happened to 188? Don't you like to be there? You can enjoy food and also be a healthy weight. You don't have to just eat at a 2 or a 9 on that scale from one to ten. Try a 5. You could get away with a 4 or a 6 because you're tapering.
I just don't get how you used to be 400. Was it just this but 5X more food? More sugar? I just don't see how a guy with the metabolism and propensity for morbid obesity can eat like you are now and gain so slowly or even maintain. You gained really fast eating like you are now. Meaning the only thing keeping you thin was starving yourself. I don't know why I keep repeating the obvious. I guess I figure it's not obvious to you and if I keep telling you what you're doing wrong and what you need to be doing it'll sink in and you'll do it. But that's not what any of this is about anymore. You're just reporting from the war zone that is your health. There's no pretense of getting healthy or being healthy. It's like one long depression binge punctuated by the occasional barfbowl that doesn't satisfy, but serves only to meet your self-imposed vitamin and mineral "regimen", where the anti-caking agents in your salt are of paramount importance.
You do have some sense of self-awareness I hope. You must be able to somewhat see this from our perspective here. Some think you're putting us on, but I think all of it is 100% genuine. I just don't get how you changed as a person. You became all timid and non-confrontational. And that's good. You shouldn't engage the trolls. But you also shouldn't see me and others as trolls when we offer constructive criticism and insight and options.
I think you know what you need to do and you know you're just not able to do it at the moment. But it's too bad that your spirit is broken and your mojo is dead and that you aren't ashamed of anything as you descend further into the void.

A slurvet jørn is made with a tomato-based sauce with sweet capsicum and worcestershire. it's really nothing like this, nevermind the chicken base ingredient.

Oh no!
OP is one of these idiots who watches "reaction videos". How embarrassing. That's third-hand entertainment. That's like watching people play video games rather than playing them yourself. What a passive, boring life.
Just when I thought my respect could not be any lower, he goes and reveals the "entertainment" he consumes. Oooof.

yeah okay 25 year old Gen-X Grandpa as if you never sat at a friend's house watching him play his Coleco Vision games on the TV or watched him watching The Jerry Springer Show for the first time.
