What the fuck are they good for? I have some, but I'm not going to eat them raw.

They're good for eating raw

I made a batch of pickled radishes recently hoping they'd be another home run like pickled cauliflower, but they're nothing special. I'll keep eating them for the gainz but idk if I'll do another batch, unless there's some way better way to do it that I missed.

works alright in a salad

You can cook radishes with butter and herbs, but it's nothing to write home about. Better to eat them raw in a sandwich or salad for the crunch.

Eating them raw, :^).
I actually can't think of any dishes that use cooked radishes.
It is common I potatoe salad or corn salad, as in valerianella.

i really love them in soups, especially fish soups where they add a lot of taste

Slice ‘em thin and do a quick pickle.

cram 'em

They're good raw. A little peppery. Slice em thin and put em in a salad or just eat on their own. Or pickle them.

Eat the bulbs raw, sautee the greens with garlic and olive oil and a splash of lemon juice at the end

Eat them raw, but cut them fine. They add a crunch without clashing with any flavors of whatever you add them to.
