Never done this before so no idea what’s about to happen.
Rubbed brisket with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, ground chilli, cumin and brown sugar. Gave it a sear in avocado oil. The rub started to char almost immediately but it smells like got damn BBQ.
For the liquid I have beef stock, Worcestershire sauce and some liquid smoke.
