I got a can for free recently. Was surprised to see the chicken had a very light pink to it. Added it to a home made macaroni and cheese. Was really good.

Probably the ease of access of getting chicken from other sources. A fully cooked rotisserie chicken is roughly the same cost as this can at my local store.
