The book itself is actually very long. I didnt know Sicily had that many variation of food. From what I saw, they love fish, lamb and pork meat,, soup, and some different type of pastas and sauces

Yes, Ive been thinking about serving this 2 recipes togheter

INGREDIENTS:
250 g rigatoni pasta
100 g melted butter
4 tablespoons grated pecorino cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
PREPARATION METHOD:
Boil the pasta in salted water. Drain it al dente. Reserve a little of the cooking water.
Place the pasta on a plate and add a small amount of the reserved cooking water. Season with the butter, grated cheese, and black pepper.
PREPARATION TIME: 20 minutes
YIELD: Serves 4 people.

SWEET AND SOUR LAMB
INGREDIENTS:
1 kg lamb loin, cut into small cubes
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
250 g all-purpose flour
1 cup olive oil
¼ cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons tomato paste
½ cup cold milk
50 g sugar
Salt and black pepper to taste
Basil leaves for garnish
PREPARATION METHOD:
Season the meat cubes with the onion, coat them in flour, and brown them in a pan with olive oil. Add the vinegar and the tomato paste dissolved in the milk. Adjust the salt and pepper. Cover the pan and cook for approximately 1 hour, or until the meat is tender. Add the sugar and garnish with basil leaves.
PREPARATION TIME: 1 hour
YIELD: Serves 6 people

I would also add some guanciale with the pasta, but thats my own thing
