I have none of those "near" me depending on your definition of "near" but Burger King are currently in the process of turning an old bank into a BK a short walk away. Not sure why they think it'll do well. This area is bizarrely averse to chains that aren't Dunkin Donuts.
For example, there are at least ten different independent coffeeshops within a half mile of me and only a single Starbucks within two miles and that one only manages to stay in business because it's in a hospital, same with the Subway. That Burger King will be spitting distance from two other highly regarded burger joints and a dozen others within a mile of it. Wendy's tried that same location and it shuttered in two years.
