why is magnesium so utterly based

the citrate form makes you shit your pants
but the glyicinated form promotes top-tier sleep

You need to be
>GUT
>BIOME
>MAXXING
you an alcoholic? slop food addict? your gut is fucked up. start eating every live-culture fermented food you can find instantly
>kraut
>yogurt
>kimchi
>natto
>kefir
>miso
>kombucha
And many many others. LOAD THE FUCK UP and you will stop shitting. Live fermented foods every single day, empty stomach, before eating your real food. Also although these are not fermented
>flax
>chia
Both absorb water and form some kind of dense gel with it, good for stopping shitting so much immediately but does not address the root problem

how do you know its the magnesium and not the glycine improving sleep?

Not that poster but I had the same issue and probiotics never really helped. I think coffee and sugar were the two main causes of it for me. And of course those things are still good for you and they made me feel better in some ways, but they didn't solve the digestive issues.

Chocolate without sugar actually helped my gut too when I was still having problems even after giving up the coffee though. It's cooked but chocolate is still fermented and has good fiber like flax and chia.

Your body produces glycine and it's in a lot of commonly consumed foods. Magnesium deficiency is fairly common even if it doesn't show up on blood tests.
