eat broccoli and spinach easy to flavor with spices without needing processed sauces

You might have a sensitivity or allergy to some food ingredient you eat often.
I has similar symptoms and it ended up being celiac

how do I prepare it? I was thinking of buying one of those collapsible steamer inserts for the pot. I never cooked before

probably not but I have had gastritis for many years and reflux and I get stressed all the time and a lot so it ducks me up. though I'd like to get tested either way but that's stressful too

Potatoes and chicken breast.

2 eggs and toast in the morning turkey sandwich only lettuce tomato turkey bread maybe some mayo if you aren’t a fag in the afternoon and grilled chicken broccoli potatoes in the evening. This is too low on fat to not make you a miserable low T low energy sissy long term I have a cup of coffee with a tbsp heavy cream in the morning and a glass of chocolate whole milk for desert, single small cup of skyr as a snack if I need one which doubles as being good for your gut too. You’ll look great and feel great. Find a good pre/probiotic too take daily for a week and then taper off to every other day then every third day then every four days until your gut is fixed and you only feel you need to take it once a week.

Probiotics only work if you take them daily.

No caffeine. No nicotine. No alcohol. Very low fat. Small portions (stop eating before you feel full). Don't eat within 3 hours of lying down.

No chocolate, mint, or acidic food like lemon.or vinegar.

Once a day when you wake up, do 10 bridge position swallowing exercises. Put a small piece of gum in your mouth to promote salvation while doing this. When you're comfortable, start increasing the amount of swallows to 20 or 30. This will strengthen your LES and prevent reflux.

fat has impact on testosterone?..
I'm going to try steaming some broccoli I think.
never tried skyr, is it a lot different from Greek yogurt or just yogurt? I try to get low sugar ones.

don't drink coffee or alcohol, don't smoke, not sure how much fat I eat really but innate greasy stuff. chocolate, mint is also not my thing. rarely acidic stuff.
I try to eat small portions. I guess it might just be stress as the main factor but its killing me when I can't eat cause feel sick and then eat and be more sick anyway.
>don't eat within 3 hours of lying down
damn, I spend a lot of time in bed so I get up to eat and back to bed after. going to try to change that.
>swallowing exercises
wew, didn't know this was a thing thanks.

As far as the "acid reflux" stuff goes, over the years I've found three things that cause problems for me:
1) butter, large amounts cause "heartburn" i.e. acid reflux
2) milk, I used to wake up with a mouth full of stomach acid if I ate a big bowl of cereal in the morning because of intestinal gas
3) peanuts, they also cause intestinal gas and if I eat them late in the afternoon or evening the same as (2) happens

I can still eat peanuts/peanutbutter early in the day, like having an apple with peanut butter for breakfast.

Also, carbohydrates in general cause me to fart like crazy.

Anyway, I would suggest cutting waaaaaay down on carbohydrates, including milk, and also on butter. See if that helps you. Try eliminating specific foods and food groups for a week at a time and see if there's anything else causing problems.

Oh, also broccoli seems to be pretty gas-inducing.

don't drink milk, try not to eat much butter. I just don't really know what to eat cause its mostly stuff like chicken nuggets or fish sticks and various airfroed potato stuff from a bag.
I kind of just don't have a view of what is supposed to be healthy food. people always say green vegetables so I was thinking of that.
fried stuff hurts me so I got an airfryer oven, but I want to move onto steaming. maybe steaming frozen veggies at least as a start. just don't want to be always in pain.

also take 1 to 3 mg of melatonin before bed as it helps to signal your body to close your LES and prevent reflux during sleep. consider getting a wedge pillow or lying on your LEFT side while sleeping. do not lie on your right side.

I think I have that thing where the les doesn't filly close or something like that.
I do have a bunch of pillows to be higher angle
didn't know about right side stuff but I usually toss and turn 59 times so not sure I can do much there
thanks

The vertical diet was designed for bodybuilders and strength athletes to be as easy as possible for digestion (since they eat so much) while still being high in nutrition. beef and rice woth low FODMAP vegetables and broth are staples

Hey OP, i know doctors are scary and expensive but i think you should get some bloodwork done. A whole myriad of things can cause the symptoms you’re experiencing.
Being deficient in things like thyroid hormone, vitamin D & Bs, magnesium, and iron can cause anxiety. Having something like gastritis can lead to those deficiencies.
When i was dealing with food related health issues, i started the AIP diet. It’s designed to be ridiculously strict and easy on your digestion, and once you feel better you re-introduce food groups to see what is actually the issue or IF it’s truly food related.
AIP helped me figure out that i didn’t actually have food issues, it was a thyroid deficiency.
So, it’s worth giving a shot in my opinion.

To answer your question though, get some high quality bone broth added to your diet.
Something easy to make that’s easy on the stomach is squash. Just cut one of those suckers in half, drizzle with olive oil, and roast.
Microwaved sweet potatoes with olive oil.
Frozen Brussels sprouts, roasted and squished.
Meatballs, they’re easy to make in the oven. I used to turn 3lbs of pork into meatballs and freeze them for easy meat.
Eggs. Eggs, eggs, eggs. I used to eat a ton of eggs on toast
Best of luck desu
