looks more like a frittata.
you have to stir the eggs to create folds and curdles after pouring them in the hot pan. It gives the omelette a better, lighter texture.
from the photo it looks like you didn't.

Really need to do a better job browning it. It will also help stiffen it up some so it all holds together if you are using large ingredients which can release from the egg easily.

You made an omlette though. If you want splurge and eat a little unhealthy you can always just put a Tortilla in the pan so it absorbs all the leftover grease and fat and becomes crispy then put the soft egg and omlette ingredients in that and eat.
1. It becomes handheld
2. Your eggs and ingredients can remain undercooked and soft as you want
3. It creates a pleasant yet very tasty crispy shell around the omlette
4. Prevents wasting of fats, oils left in the pan
