I mean it's a really small part of the series as a whole.
If you count those 'what if' episodes of Classic, there's 2, where one is basically the same as the main universe.
UAF had some time travel but the closest it got to multiverse was with Ultimate Ben 10k and Eon.
And OV, despite it being basically in the name, had like... 5 episodes that really dealt with multiverses in the more traditional sense people think of with that term.

I like the AU Bens and would've liked more of them honestly. I wish the other Evil Bens got an episode or two dedicated to them like Mad Ben did.

I do find some of the changes it made pretty crazy in a good way.
Mainly the death of Vilgax at the end of Season One, via an attack from a controlled mutated version of Kevin 11, who joins the Tennysons in the Au after Ben managed to talk him down, the introduction of the Rooters, and most importantly, this.
Ben gets a misfire and summons 4Arms from the watch instead of SK8( The XLR8 counterpart). This has massive consequences in Betrayal (the adaptation of Truth in the original series), which leads to Phil successfully throwing Max into the Null Void and lying to Ben about it, setting up a new arc and potentially massive divergence.

Ben also starts to develop into a more mature take, thanks to Vilgax giving him some fucking SMOKE, bro.
Oh, and minor changes include Hex being trapped as a kid thanks to the Fountain mission going wrong, and he and Charmcaster can't get home to the Anur System, Ben getting DNA samples of different aliens earlier than canon, such as Snare-Oh and Frankenstrike in the most recent issues, as well as the Flaxans from the one off episode creating a sentient lifeform thanks to the DNA scanner messing up a bit.

In UA, as you know it, Kevin turns into an evil prick yet again and tortures and nearly kills Gwen.
They had a prophecy turn real and they just forgive him again and Gwen IS STILL in love with Kevin and begged Ben to not kill him which is retarded.

There is also the other angle you could look at this, Ben allowing to take someone with them who wanted to kill him and his cousin and worked with an alien overlord to take over the universe, bang his best-friend and cousin literally on the road is pretty fucked up. Especially when Kevin turns evil again.
Ben x Gwen has legit more chemistry than Kevin x Gwen.

I don't think so. Kevin has several of the funniest moments in the franchise, but we shouldn't forget that UAF was also an action series, and in that aspect, Kevin was extremely boring. im not against gwevin nearly as much as other bwen shippers are. he is an acceptable character and it was easier to redeem him then add a new character, but his redemption i found lackluster. no atonement or apology just a "we should partner up now!" from ben. kevin's relationship with gwen is fine, sometimes it is boring, sometimes it is somewhat fun. either way it pales in comparison to ben and gwen in the original. but due to the fact a cousin-cousin relationship would not have been allowed in the show, kevin is an acceptable romantic replacement with enough personality.

overall, i would have preferred the show take a different direction and kept kevin as a villain and bwen be made official but due to the taboos of modern society, that would never have happened.

To be fair, that's a lot for the original series. If we count using the same method you used, Vilgax has 3 episodes where all he does is speak inside a tank for one scene and 2 episodes where he actually does stuff and Secret of the Omnitrix. Characters don't reappear much in OS. Along with Vilgax, Dr. Animo, and Charmcaster, Kevin is one of the most iconic villains from OS. He's also not as one-note as you're making him out to be. The Kevin 11 powers and design are part of what made him iconic, and the way his powers are used in the sequels is comparatively boring (at first). He's a compelling portrayal of a troubled child as a villain, showing how being a child makes him more psychopathic and unhinged and being a foil to Ben. In keeping with the theme of a child as a villain, it does make sense for him to be redeemed and it can make for an interesting character arc, but we don't really get that. We just kind of accept that he's a good guy now.

He's an insecure bully in the original which is why he worked great as an antagonist. Many young people watching the original surely would have known someone similar and ben being the bigger man and refusing to escalate things after defending himself is a great moral lesson. UAF (and even OV) Kevin still had his flavour of bad. He matured to be a bit smarter as opposed to being rash is all. I mean, stealing the Rustbucket? Providing weapons to that planet? Proposing a marriage for his goddamn car and ditching because he was only in it for his car? He likely changed his views from "nobody is innocent" to "innocents do exist" but still kept a decent fraction of his old morality, which is why he was very open to the option of killing Zombozo's crew in that one episode where the others objected.
