It's got actual diagrams and such but to be fair, I feel like all of this could be found in any regular anatomy book so it's probably just as much a collector's item for muscle girl fans since it's got several guest artists

As an artist myself it depends on the muscle sizes that they actually have in the book. Something like what you've posted would be difficult to find in anatomy books because you're encroaching upon entirely fictional sizes. So, if there's more "larger" sizes like this it could be helpful for reference for some artists.

Most anatomical reference books will have far more modest sizes like picrel.

I Like the idea of a muscle girl who used to be a small cute , un-muscular who via some way (magic , tech , or just straight up being built different ) become huge in a short amount of time but still act like they're small with their bf.

This. It feels more realistic too. Couples supporting and urging each other to improve is obviously healthy, but then combining any worry that becoming muscular is unfeminine with the partner subtly ramping up the open attention, so the girl getting more muscular makes her feel sexier, then combining it with the mythical girl who gets gains like crazy (natural, assisted by chemicals or magic, etc) and you have a perfect couples muscle growth scenario.

I swear there was a time when other characters from other media were given the She-Hulk treatment in a bunch of fansites, and it’s long overdue as a means of making non-buff girls beefy.
Optional whether they just get a confidence boost from said hulkification, become savage or remain (or become even more) shy as they turn big, green and strong, but so long as they get big, it’s good in my books.
