How extensively do male ballet dancers have to train to lift and throw around their female counterparts?

>this man touching these women intimately
Imagine having a "ballet gf/wife" doing this shit with other men and still being called "insecure" when you protest against the blatant cuckoldry going on.
You don't see middle-eastern and east-asian girlfriends and wives doing shit like that. It's because jewish trickery only reaches the west, isn't it?

>It's me gay
The gatekeeping won't hold for much longer. Despite the tights, they're stealing all the affluent white women while the gymcels are getting..... What even are they getting????
When you are calling them gay you are actively running cover for them, allowing them to live in quiet luxury without competition.

Not much, those guys already have a pretty high strength to weight/size ratio and those girls aren't very heavy, plus they're also strong as fuck and keep themselves rigid and stable during lifts. Any time I train with dancers for a show i'm always impressed by how much the girls know about physical mechanics

I came to this thread to say that these men are faggots too, but then I saw OPs video and I realized that he got more interactions with a good looking female during 3 minutes than I have over the course of years. I wanted to make fun of people like that, except they probably live lives way better than mine in almost every single metric imaginable. And they're not even trying that hard to look good or put in that much effort into their lives either, all they do is eat normally, some don't even actually exercise, show up to ballet classes and meet with insanely hot women and go to sleep afterwards. I'm getting life-mogged by the second. I can't even cope anymore.

That's an extremely boomer / old Xer mentality desu. They are champions of the dumbest masculine indicators and unironically none of them could run 100 yards without stopping at any point after age 24. I was into gymnastics for the body strength and because girls and dad pulled me out of it because he thought it was too gay. Instead I was put into wrestling, which was far less gay

Yeah that's the boomer thinking apparently. I also got in trouble for how I held a steak knife because he thought I'd be bullied for how I held it if I joined the military one day. Fuckin wild and dead wrong, in retrospect

I read an interview with a ballerino a few years ago, I can't remember who, he was famous in the 80s/90s. He said everyone assumed he was gay, which in turn meant that the most beautiful women in the world were all comfortable being completely nude in front of him.

You guys must think being a gynecologist is the dream job too
>>
They're mostly doing basic gymnastics in very high volume. Remember they're doing nothing but training literally all day, it's their job. If you have a normal life you can't replicate that.
Although since the 2010s, US dancers sometimes lift (Heavy, low volume, like track athletes to keep the muscle mass down).
t. researched it a few years ago

this, the girls jump and they just have to give them a push, at most they have to hold a 40-50kg chick over their head for a few seconds, which isn't that hard at all
Now the dude in the following video is actually strong:

>>
>>77189487
If by train you mean practice then like 6 1-hour lifting sessions. Practicing the lifts with the girls, not lifting weights.
The girl does most of the work. It's only hard for you if she's not petite. If she's in ballet she should be petite though.

Yeah he is great. The first time I saw him dance, I was watching the La Scala production of Swan Lake and I was like, man whoever is playing the prince is way better than everyone else. Turns out he's like the Pavarotti of ballet. I am not even an expert (just a fan) and I could tell how much better he was than everyone around him.
Here is another great one. "Petite Mort", music by Mozart

To be honest it's beyond me how dance communities in general but ballet in general how can stay professional and detached. Even just working out with my wife ends up in fucking on the bench. I cannot imagine how they don't have fucking orgies after a performance like that. All that built up tension... Or maybe my brain just fried from porn.
Anyway... Homo or not, I'll be honest I've started to admire the guy's physique and athleticism more than the girl's.

Yes, also a dance belt positions the cock up away from the balls, flat against the torso towards the belly, so you're seeing mostly balls in that bulge and if he gets hard it'll just be a bigger bulge rather than poking out. But given how much energy he's exerting in dancing and blood flowing to his limbs and cardio system, it's unlikely he'll get hard

You seem like an expert on cocks and balls contained within dance belts.
>But given how much energy he's exerting in dancing and blood flowing to his limbs and cardio system, it's unlikely he'll get hard
Have you ever managed to get a cute, fit, ballet twink, fully, achingly, erect so that it even showed up despite wearing a dance belt?

How do you achieve this level of flexibility? Do you just push your body like 2% further every week until after a year you're reached woman levels of flexibility?

A professional danseur has probably been dancing since he was a child (Roberto Bolle started lessons when he was 7) so it's a lifetime of HIIT cardio, plyometrics, calisthenics, and lifting other humans in every which way (overhead press, bridal carries, etc) at every class, rehearsal, and performance, and professionals will do this almost daily. They may lift as well, but their job is essentially exercising (in a beautiful, visually appealing way) so even if they don't lift, they are athletes who exercise daily.
Here's Bolle doing a quick warmup before a performance:
https://youtu.be/w8C2wKRhGIc?si=g_YTji9FyUj9mbIG
If anyone here thinks that looks easy, go do what he's doing in front of a mirror and see how ugly you are. He's doing these movements so gracefully because of extreme muscle strength and control.
Here's a whole class for young dancers. Notice he gets them to do push-ups etc between exercises.
https://youtu.be/0LaGDv_1u-Y?si=Qhi2h7sSAzCFghWO
And let's not forget diet. Anorexia is very common in ballerinas since they need to remain light and ethereal. Danseurs I'm sure have similar pressure so their diets are probably clean as a whistle.

I only have one male ballet dancer to appreciate, but it's Rudolf Nureyev.
And honestly it's really only because his appearance on The Muppet Show was enough to completely upturn the show's reputation in the eyes of the entertainment industry, sending top talent their way simply because he was willing to appear.
That's the kind of fame in artistry that I miss. These days it's all singing and acting; we used to respect our dancers and painters.

You do start young (5) and things get serious quickly (7-10) and depending on your route you will be judged to be worthy of continuing on professionally around 12.
I damaged my right ankle severely and had to give up ballet. It was supposed to be my whole life.
It's a sad thing.
But yes, it's incredibly asking and incredibly intense. Most regular people do not understand the level of refinement athletically the body gets to. They are too impressed by mass rather than ability, longevity and endurance. Fine control over the body.
Thank you for this thread, it's lovely.
>>
>>77205589
I think it's impossible unless you start training for it regularly as a child. I remember seeing an interview with the best male contorsionist in the world, he started doing that shit at like 9 and he trained hours every day to maintain his insane flexibility
>>
>>77205630
yeah I've always been baffled by dancers, I remember partying with this chick who did ballet for a few years as a kid and the way she flowed with the music was insane, even the smallest and simplest of movements looked far more beautiful and elegant than those of a normal person, and she made it all seem so easy and natural (before anyone asks no I didn't manage to smash, one of my biggest regrets)
>>
>>
>>
>>

My only concern with elite athletes is that their training from early age sounds like child abuse sometimes mixed with gambling (because an injury can completely fuck up everything you've built).
I mean I had this mental shift recently that fitness should not be about chasing mass but rather having a working body, so I've started paying attention to mobility and flexibility more and more, so I understand what you are saying and I really appreciate what's happening in this thread, but I feel like the so called industry is nothing compared to how industrialized and unforgiving these disciplines are.
And there's also the question: how should a fucking 5 year old know he/she wants to sacrifice his life for something when he should be busy building sand castles?
But who knows, maybe I'm just jealous and salty because I'm stiff as a stick.
