oh i understand. It’s definitely expensive especially beef which is the most nutritious meat. How about eggs? you could add them to your oats with a little salt and heat it up.
Potatoes are much better than oats though. Gluten-free and less calories. Rice would also be a gluten free option to add together with the eggs.

You aren’t lifting as heavy as you could without carbs. There are also glyphosate free brands. The biggest guy I know has whey, oatmeal, and natural peanut butter for 2 of his meals everyday. So why don’t you shut the fuck up before typing nonsense on this board.

So basically oats with milk, and peanut butter in it?
And what does "natural peanut butter mean"? He grows is own peanuts and makes the butter? How is any brand brought from the store "natural"?
Yeah, I could do that for a while and see how it goes. I don't particularly like oats in and of themselves but this combo might work.

OP here
hell no, i want my thyroid/t3 to be high af, which it is now because i eat carbs
go research t3 and low carb diets together, there are so many studies proving that keto/carni/lowcarb drops your t3 which is your weight master regulator/throttle for metabolism

i dont count calroes or weight stuff
i just eat till im full, multiple times per day
and im not giga fat, i was 100kg now im 90kg
i also let the oats cool off in the fridge 12-24h so the glycemic index drops even more, then i mix it with aspartame

I love fruit but according to the broscience channels i watch the fructose in them is less useful overall than glucose because its only beneficial for the liver while glucose helps brain, muscles etc. plus liver.

you were and are gigafat
I'm glad the oat thing is working for you, but you should probably just learn how to eat healthy balanced meals and exercise regularly and do that instead. Super restrictive diets like this are the kind associated with "bouncing back" to your old weight on account of not actually teaching people how to eat healthy.

Oats are cutting food for me. One serving fills me. Eat an hour before gym and I have great workouts.

I lost 93 lbs over 6 months by restricting my calories in to just 1200 a day, very often even less. I also would walk multiple miles a day with some days seeing my step count approach 25,000. The weight flew off my body at break neck speed. This was driven by fear of death from a health scare I was going through at the time just months before the birth of my first child. I was terrified that I wouldn't get to meet her or watch her grow up, and it motivated me like nothing else ever could. Unfortunately, that potent motivational fuel didn't last forever. After she was born and I was filled with so much joy, and long enough time had passed without any solid evidence of disease, I became comfortable again and the motivation disappeared. I nearly put all the weight back on. What I found is that once that intense fear subsided and I was back to my old eating habits again, the feeling of hunger was unbelievable. I was absolutely ravenous like I never was in all my life. It's like if you took a wild animal, starved it for months, then gave it access to all the food it could ever want. Picture what a dog would do in that situation. That was me. I truly believe I suffered lasting metabolic damage much like those biggest loser contestants did. My hunger sensation hasn't been the same since. Recently I started water fasting to try and get things headed in the right direction but it's incredibly hard with 2 little babies at home to that care of.

>add 85 grams of oats on my bulk
>start farting like crazy, insanely foul smelling
>go to the gym
>cleaner is using the industrial vacuum cleaner which is loud af
>back day
>warm up on rows
>rip a loud one out
>anxiety kicks in
>hands are sweaty
>look around
>nobody looking at me
>realize the vacuum cleaner covered for me
>sigh out in relief
I still eat em but good god do they make me gassy af
especially rolled oats, crushed oats a bit less so

She is not and has never been a keto, low-carb or carnivore advocate.
Here's a playlist of her with videos from up to a month ago (she recently died) that proves it: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLwCr5_ZIlhhb7m2Agm5XEjuOaix_2ta C_
Dishonest vegtard nigger.
How about you get a life instead of spending your days shilling against keto?

It's a marketing term. It's regular oats. And he used the organic variety to show you that they're not as expensive as you originally claimed. Stop arguing. You were incorrect.

What did they mean by this? I tried to compare them to a competitor to see if they actually have more protein, but the stats are all so different that I'm not sure if they're even directly comparable.

I'm doing the same but I think I will crack soon. I do 50g oats/150ml milk/150 Greek yogurt/tablespoon flaxseed/one banana/6 walnuts and stick it in the fridge overnight. I can't eat this every morning, need some better recipes
