nah i have a dentist friend he told me it's the carbon dioxide that fucks your teeth, the acid and sugars are just an added bonus to corrosion, but the fizzle is the main culprit. so yeah, sparkling water is also bad for your teeth.

Carbon dioxide? The shit we breathe out? I have a dentist, and a dentist family member, and they both looked at me like I was retarded when I asked them if sparkling water is bad for your teeth. Unless it has citrus or sugar in it, it's negligible in terms of affecting your teeth

I like it because its basically a light stim preworkout with decent flavor.
The can versions are overpriced (even more so than the powder) and somehow taste worse than just mixing the powder with bottled water.
Stay away from any of the meme or sour flavors. Actually stay away from all of it because you probably wont like it unless you are retarded like me.

Cracks will be from pressure not acid but yeah any fizzy/soda/sweet drink will rot teeth. Far more of a real concern than retards suggesting 200mg of caffeine will kill you. Normies have 400mg + in coffees every day.

Antivaxxers are consistedly wrong about everything. No Great Reset, no mass dying, CVD rates going down (except in MIGA states), cancer deaths going down, no permanent lockdowns, people only wear masks sometimes when they are sick.
I understand you are too proud to admit you were fooled by Russian disinfo but to still go on the internet, 5 years after the covid vaccine came out, and make comments like this takes a special kind of retardation.

All comes down to tolerance. The recommended daily limit is 400mg. If you're a big guy you could probably spread 600mg throughout a day with no prior tolerance and be fine.
Though dump 400mg all at once no tolerance and you might get in trouble.

>Surely 300% of your daily dose of every B vitamin in one can doesn't hurt, right??
That's correct. Maybe you should do a little research before automatically concluding that large amounts of something are bad. Here's a hint. Google intrinsic factor.

>hmm maybe we should be skeptical of a hotfix that wasn't even past pre-alpha testing but people call it a stable, vetted release.
>SHUT THE FUCK UP MAGA REPUBLICOID REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
i failed the psyop because i decided big pharma's slop was a lower risk than a leaked chinese bioweapon but the facts are the facts no matter how much gaslighting you do: coof vaxx was NOT as thoroughly vetted - and just like how masks went from 'stop buying them they don't work' to a federal offense overnight, the coof shot went from 'i wont take le orange man bad drumf shot' to "SAFE AND EFFECTIVE TRUST THE SCIENCE" after biden won.

It's fucking slander, monster zero ultra contains just under 3x the caffeine of most sodas, meanwhile it is low calorie and has no sugar.
Better yet, it has pattern drink ability and doesn't really push you towards multiple cans a day.
It is honestly a great product, if you at least replace daily Starbucks with it, you will save $100-200 a month and find losing weight easier.

Hello, Senior Account Specialist for Monster Beverage Corporation!
You guys are doing a real S-tier job with the ginseng, but benzoic acid is still a shit-tier cancer chem, so maybe step up your preservative skills a bit and I'll start buying your slop more than bagged Starbucks grounds from the grocery store.
>>
>>77203212
You might want to do some research on just how many products on the market contain benzoic acid.
The risks of it are well documented and known, however, the risks are initially neutralised because monster energy zero ultra does not contain vitamin C.
Further, the amount you would be exposed to does not have any immediate risk of combining in vivo, even if you chug orange juice and monster. Unless you have actively failing kidneys, because benzoic acid is just immediately metabolised into hippuric acid.

It's worth the trade off for me. Monster increases my quality of life and helps fitness goals. When my enamel is gone I can just get crowns or whatever is needed. A life without monster unironically is not worth living. Also straws kill the enjoyment

Fairly certain the zero sugar monsters have erythritol in them which is a chewing gum additive that is studied to fuck with bad bacteria in the mouth so I think they supposedly help with tooth decay. Honestly monster feels like the only energy drink these days that is trying not to kill you and still wants to taste good, og brand too, makes me think about motocross brands like fox that my hick friends were all into in HS.

No evidence that Co2 damages your teeth. It is the acidity that causes the issue, and that is mainly down to added acids like phosphoric acid.

mostly yeah but the long-lasting stream of the acidic co2 coming from your esophagus and settling on your teeth cant be good either

The first variations of the polio and measles vaccines killed just as many as the disease itself. It's one of the reasons why there was so many restrictions on when you could declare a vaccine safe to begin with.
