you add like a third milk, mix carefully and then add a little more milk and mix and repeat until properly diluted. Or use the shaking cup with the wire ball, but that makes the milk frothy and, to me, causes stomach issues

I made a new recipe
100g oats uncooked
2 scoops of whey
put in a bowl with as much water as would produce the consistency you like
no need to blend or anything just stir it for a minute with a fork, yummy lean carb dinner. tastes like an alternate dimension breakfast cereal

There's no way coagulating whey like that is any good. Probably taste like partially raw egg whites when they're still watery and cum-like in both texture and flavour. Safe to say I WON'T be trying this one haha. ok, next thread!

Sir, for proper mixing without creating any Vata imbalance, first take one bowl and put the protein powder there only. Then pour warm milk slowly along the inside of your forearm so the milk gets inoculated with beneficial skin bacteries, not directly from the packet which is having dead energy only. After this mix thoroughly with your bare hand in circular motion until no lumps remain, using your fingers to feel the consistency.
Foreign protein powders are causing only pitta imbalance, tendon dryness and kidney tension, so for superior results you should instead use a paste of soaked almonds with pure cow ghee and jaggery which builds sneh bal and a prosperous physique without any side effect.
