would you live in your car and become a NEET to get healthy again?
Since 2021 I've been working 6-2pm at my job, waking up at 4:30 am every morning. I don't get enough sleep because I'd have to go to bed at 8pm to get a full 8 hours. My work environment is also very bright and chaotic.
Over the past three years I developed horrible vestibular issues. Nothing improves it other than lazy days off and proper sleep. On a normal work day, and when I go home, I feel nauseatingly dizzy and off balance. I even bought a roller bag so I don't fall over. I can't use a walker as a young person, that's too embarrassing.
I realized the best thing for me to do is to become a NEET. But I live in an expensive city and I can't just not pay rent.
So, car? I don't require a lot. I'd only have to pay for my dirt cheap insurance and gas.
If not, what would you do in my situation? I'm waiting to see a specialized neurologist but I have to wait until September.

With a gym membership you'll have showers, fresh water and parking so that'd be nice. Probably better to get a van for actual stealth camping, without windows all around

You aren't going to live an easier life doing this transition. You WILL be doing more work at least on a weekly basis, if not daily, for something simple that requires no work living in an actual home.
Homeless life isn't going to be any easier.

no one enjoys their job. Its all about can you tolerate it without it bleeding into your life.
I have never heard anyone say they will work for free because they enjoy their job. I have never heard anyone say they can't wait for monday on a friday evening. Im not saying you will hate every job you get, I am saying there is no such thing as a job you actually love doing.

I lived in a normal sedan for a few months. Definitely don't recommend it long term, but it's not too bad. Get a planet fitness membership, a coleman stove, a big cooler, and a 5 gallon water jug (you can refill them at Walmarts).
Most national forests (not parks) let you stay in one spot for 2 weeks, just don't be a cunt who litters
Expect to get worse sleep, obviously. And cook your own meals as much as you can. It's easy to waste any money you save by buying fast food

I had the same problem except i started going to bed at 8 which solved my problem.
Being homeless is not fun for more thsn a few months. You may live to regret losing your place even if you do have well off family to fall back on.

Btw biggest issue with being homeless might be cooking healthy food though Sure, you can have a campsight with a fire in many places or a stove. Where will you be cooking and camping when you need work. Ganna end up sleeping in more walmart parking lots and eating fast food thsn you expect.

Health is the most valuable possession.
That said, it's really not that hard to get into good shape. I only spend maybe 3 hours total a week exercising and I'm in almost ideal shape.
If you hate your job I suggest you try and find a new one. I can't comment on your medical issues but I assume you're not in great shape? Which is why you're asking here? Anyways do a beginner program and clean up your diet, same as everyone.

Yeah I knew a van guy and I said 'that must be cheap at least' and he said you'd be surprised, it ends up being expensive and time consuming.
