Softboiled eggs are so easy to eat. Is this the final key to making big gains?

Soft boiled eggs took my egg game from 2-3 eggs in the morning to 8-10 eggs in the morning. You can practically drink that shit, a little salt and pepper, olive oil if you don't mind that. It's pretty good and even if you don't like it you can get it over with pretty fast.

Anon, you know your body can only use like 50g protein MAX and that's only if you just had an intense session. At baseline you will only use 25g in a single sitting will go towards building tissue, then MPS goes on cooldown for 3-4 hours. You're wasting your eggs.

>Do you think human ancestors did portions
Just because they didn't that doesn't mean their body could have used more...

poach eggs by having them in water and put that in the microwave for maybe 2 minutes. no oil, no extra fat, just fresh poached eggs that are easy to eat with anything or by themselves. remember to poke holes in the eggs or they will explode.

>can only digest 50g
>just freeze it

What I do is bake a loaf of bread and let the soft boiled yolk run down the soft inside of the bread.
I bite into it, then bite into a breakfast sausage to add that pork flavor to the mix.
The combination of textures and flavors is heavenly, takes me 15 minutes to make everything and it's what I've been having for breakfast for about 2 years now, every day, because I don't get tired of it.

The best way to cook eggs is poaching
>don't have to peel
>minimal cleanup in pan
But you can't fit too many eggs in one pan without them failing to whip together
I've used those dipping trays but I don't want to eat from nonstick
Haven't figured out the perfect way yet
Maybe just a much bigger pot...

>As small a pot as needed for all eggs to lie flat and level on the bottom
>Enough water to just cover them
>Heat on the highest setting until the water starts to boil
>Turn off the heat, put on a lid on the pot and leave it for 3 minutes
I then pack my eggs in a container, and peel them at work when I arrive 40 minutes later. They are somewhere between soft- and hardboiled where the yolk isn't runny, but not completely set either.
