So 1lb of 8020 ground beef has 70g or so of protein, I do not know how you have never seen a pound of beef but I'd guess it's at least 10 small mcdonald's burger patties. The protein from bread is incomplete and cheese is also probably typically overstated. Just look up how a calorie is measured start logmaxxing.

Fat people don't realize that salads aren't actually a good diet food. I'm not sure where the notion that they were came from, but basically if you want to survive your diet as a fat fuck you need to eat whatever is the most filling thing in your stomach in exchange for the fewest calories. Chewed up lettuce and shit isn't really all that filling, though it will succeed in making a person who is dieting feel bloated in spite of that because a diet high in ruffage and fiber makes most people gassy. Anyway, what they should be eating in certain types of soups. Soup is low calories for how filling it can be. There's a reason why destitute serfs and homeless people have been fed soups and stews forever, and it's not just because they're simple/low effort to make and can be kept ready to eat for a long time if they're just simmering in a pot. It's because as a liquid it's filling, but it's overall pretty low on calories for the amount of fullness it will give you.
Fat fucks are so retarded, soups are like a cheat code to cutting.

Just have lifted that or the previous day reasonably hard and thoroughly so you can eat a leaner meal before bed. A big hack for filling up without rice or whatever is a ton of garlic vegetables with meat and like 300cals of carbs. I do way more than this and am starving even after eating half a pizza and chicken breast less than an hour before bed, the worst part of a cut is bad sleep and prolonged low carb it lowers test. If hypothetically through several months of knowing nutrients+fats+carb/meal timing you raised your testosterone and metabolism then you could get into the territory of gaining muscle and losing fat over a week, or lean bulking by treating deloads like cuts and programming long lifting weeks instead of constant cut/rest days that ruin progress.

I mealtimed so hard to make me hungry all the time that I get lean super fast and put on a lot more muscle in less time. Just a few days and I go back to storing more fat etc. No it's not diabetes low blood sugar my lifts are way up.

It was all a marketing ploy by businessfags. Salads used to be considered poor people food. Poors used to be stick thin. So salads for stick thin poors were thought to be a good diet food. Women were the easiest to fool with the marketing. Just see all the pictures of women eating salads.
Now salads are expensive and an easy way to shove more waste oil down our throats via salad dressings.

A light vinaigrette is about 60 kcal for two tablespoons. Ranch dressing is about 145 for the same amount. I've seen them go up to 200.

exactly. eating chicken salads with balsamic vinaigrette, feta cheese, or maybe a light blue cheese or light ranch makes a big difference. salads can make you feel full when paired with protein, and they are very low calorie meals, provided some tard doesn't put thick dressing on it.

I’m not an autist I just dont want to spend a bunch of time throwing a bunch of vegetables together I’d rather just buy a bag of raw, throw in the fridge and I eat from it every now and then. I eat lean because its less calories and I can do more with the deficit. The average salad you get at a restaurant regardless of quality is exactly like I described which is why I’m talking shit about salad. Obviously if you make a vinagrette at home you can circumvent this problem. No need for hostility.
