How do I get myself to enjoy working out?
I kind of fucking hate it. I KNOW I have to do it for my future health but it's so easy to put-off when I have other work/deadlines to do..
Worst part to me is the tiredness after, not the exercise itself.
Life kinda turns into work, exercising, stuffing myself, then sleep.

It's the most boring monotone activity for mentally ill people with low self esteem, just find another hobby and stop swimming against the current.
Notice how any argument for lifting or running is something that a thousand other activities can procure and from there on it devolves into emotional bargaining and vitriol ? That's because the gym is a very lucrative cult and the scammed people are too blind to realize it or wake up. But go on brah keep lifting metallic circles up and down like a serf.

It is a way of life. Only a few quality sets to failure per week benefits you greatly so don't be obsessed with sets and do workout regularly and consistently which is the most important thing. It will become a part of your life eventually.

I'm actually quite skinny

I mean I don't mind the workout itself, the real issue for me is the after.
It leaves me pretty drained and lazy, which I dislike bc I just have so much stuff I want to be doing

If u lift and u aren't feeling every movement and enjoying the feeling of pushing all of your aggression and going into the depths and darkness of your mind and pulling out the demon and seeing progress and enjoying fucking gymthots and retarded coke head bunnies ur a fgt bro and should quit the sport. I enjoy every lift and every second of lifting but I gain muscle easily I can imagine for a ectomorph nogainer they might have a passion for running but when I picture a gym thots ass in my fucking face taking a shit on my face I go deep 30000 hz of pure test and shit I don't guve a fuck I feel like Lenny in the gym

Work out with friends or other people to compete with that push each other. If you dont have a competitive mentality it will never be fun. If you are alone it will not be fun.

Do you have visible results from working out? For most people you have to stick with it until you start to see results in the mirror and then it becomes a self motivating feedback loop.
If you are getting results but still don't feel this way then just accept lifting is not supposed to be a big part of your life. Drop down to a minimal program of lifting twice a week at relatively low volume and heavy weight. Forget about progressive overload just do maintenance and get into a sport or another hobby or whatever. Everyone does not need to be a gym bro

the feeling after is the best everything has a positive glow to it and getting lazy afterwards feels so rewarding
that said you dont have to be hardcore with it
try to make it as comfortable as possible for yourself
for example you dont have to go lifting early in the morning
personally i need a nap after work on lifting days and then i go later in the evening
also obviously get a gym as near as possible to your home
what >>77204203 said is also true

Are you eating properly before you work out (ie fast carbs)? After (ie carbs and protein)? Are you eating food you enjoy? Are you pushing yourself too much every workout? Are you making progress without wasting time? Are you sleeping enough? I thought lifting sucked until I realized doing it fasted first thing in the morning is retarded. With more energy I'm able to focus and work through my plan every day. I keep my phone out of sight too.

have you ever saw a jew wasting his time in the gym? Lifting is a drag, gyms are designed to drain away the little free time and money you have to give it back to the jews that own the gyms. Imagine a hamster that pays for its own time renting the spinning wheel in its cage, that's what most goys are. Totally wasting their youth in vanity, thinking muscles will attract the ladies (it doesn't) Time will pass, decades will pass and when you're 40 or so you have nothing to show. You could have learned so much other stuff instead

consuming preworkout and getting hype on tunes
and making progress
if you force yourself to do it for like 6 months you will eventually enjoy it and look forward to it. then if take a break for 2 weeks it becomes miserable again

OP here, just finished from the gym.
I ate a small meal before and just had lunch. Definitely feel much better.
I still don't feel any "pump" when moving weights, more like my muscles gas out and let go eventually.
idk if any other anon here wrestled, but it's very akin to gassing out mid-match.
>>77204976
thanks anon that helped a lot.
keeping my phone out of my hands the whole time was also pretty good to keep me focused. Usually I use it for the stopwatch but I just used the wall clock this time and I felt more "into" the exercise.

Did you forget Volume 1 where Caiman and Nikaido fight Shin and Noi and he gets his head ripped off?
>caiman was big heavy hitter
Surprisingly he was always more of a stabby knife guy than a slugger, his main advantage is being unaffected by smoke

Personally, I had to have a goal for it. So for me, it's skateboarding. As a 35 year old, overweight guy I just can't do much on the board even though I absolutely love doing it. Enter, body building and jumping exercises. The goal pushes you to do the thing until you enjoy it. Now I look forward to my kettlebell workouts.
