I quit smoking weed since 6 months and still feel like shit so now I workout 6 days a week atleast 2-3 hours, I start with ring work and calisthenics, then i hit free weights, bench, squats, deadlifts etc (full body but changing types of workouts day by day), and i finish by doing 30 minutes of incline intervals on the treadmill: 1-minute sprints at 9 mph / 15% grade, with active recovery at 3.5 mph in between. It does make it better for the mind because i come back home and I don't think about weed and depression bla bla. But is it good health-wise? I feel good so far, no pains nothing, but other gymgoers I talk to say that's too much volume. Give me some suggestions if you are in the same boat thx

if you were doing that volume at a high intensity for many years eventually would get to be bad for your health I think, just in terms of strain on your organs, ligaments, bones etc. and in shorter term it's probably not optimal for building strength or muscle, especially with diminishing returns. But if it's helping you now, mentally and physically, and it feels sustainable keep doin it

This is why you feel like shit. You're overtraining.
You quit a bad habit but now are overcompensating with exercise, and doing too much.
Stuff like you mentioned (full body workouts, sprints, incline intervals, etc) is just too much, even if you're young.
This is absolutely not sustainable, and you will eventually burn out.
Stop being a retard, if you punish yourself this bad you'll end up going back to your bad habits.
At this point the shit you're doing now is actually more harmful than being a brainless pothead.
