I fail to understand how eating oats will help me lose weight. They're super high in calories.

It probably has a high satiety index in certain forms. When I eat steel cut oats it feels like I ate a brick. Very much in the food is fuel not fun camp. Personally Im a grass fed Bulgarian yogurt with nuts, collagen powder, and berries sprinkled in kinda guy.

Oatchad here
1. They are delicious and filling and keep you sated for long periods of time
2. They give lots of energy and make you feel good so you can exercise and work and tackle all of other life’s problems
3. They are helpful for bowel movements

Not really. A dry cup has like 300 calories and thats a lot of oats. They are also have a lot of fiber and have high satiety.

Cringe as fuck.
Horses are bigger, stronger, faster and have a bigger dick than you. You would be wise to imitate them.

yeah i tried this meme food and about 30 minutes after eating quite a big bowl of them i was hungry again. turns out food that spikes blood sugar/triggers insulin responses to this degree makes you hungry again
oats "keep you feeling full" is a load of bullshit. considering around 4 eggs has roughly the same amount of calories yet has no carbs and packed with fat and protein should tell you all you need to know about the poison that is oats
it also destroys my guts and makes me shit uncontrollably. avoid at all costs
