Every time I work out nonstop for more than a month my body starts aching on my joints and tendon insertions. Not to talk about the overall fatigue. What's going on? Am I overtraining?

Two days on two days off brudda. I always feel like I'm not doing enough now because I always feel good. But I keep making gainz. I used to do 3 on 1 off, then 2 on 1 off. Always got the same as you describe eventually. Keep in mind most people at the gym don't really go that hard, that's why they might be able to do more volume without exhausting themselves.

You may not be coordinated or not lifting with"mind-muscle connection". When you target a muscle do you get doms? If not do you add weight or reps until you get doms again? Just keep practicng and if you have really consistent pain i would take a week off.

I just do whatever muscle group I feel like in the day. The only rule I have is to have trained my whole body by the end of the week.

I only get doms on my thighs and triceps. Sometimes chest and back.

No. The weights I use are already pretty heavy to me even if if they don't give me doms.

low free or total tesstosterone
high ferritin and high iron saturation %
blood donating would increase your test and lower ferritin
