These are in every juice ever now. Spirulina and Chlorella are uncleaned strained pond scum and it's almost always loaded with heavy metals. It has virtually no nutritional benefit but its makes juice green!!!

Insanely high glycemic index, a tiny amount is like eating a bowl of sugar. It has a higher GI than table sugar and HFCs. It has no taste or use really beyond being a filler, but its an ingredient in virtually every snack.

Its a medical textbook for doctors it just means there was conflicting study data. I still personally eat bulgarian yogurt, various cheeses, drink grass fed whole milk, and whey protein after workouts. I acknowledge its not a perfect food but its also not donuts and alcohol
