Why do people hate counting calories so much? I don't get it. Maybe it isn't completely necessary for cutting, but it is if you don't want to overdo a bulk, and it is if you want to maintain after a cut. It really isn't that hard all you need to do is read nutrition labels and get a food scale, yet people act like its such a pain.

Food labels are unreliable and dont account for lost nutrients during cooking, absorptions factors like surface area and antinutrients, bioavailability...
On their own, each of these factors has minimal impact but when stacked you have a wide error of margin that makes counting like an autist redundant

If you actually cook and don’t eat your food out of plastic packaging like a goy you will find its tremendously tedious.
And something like a soup makes it impossible since you can’t be sure exactly what made it in your individual bowl
You are a little fucking bitch who has never meal prepped or cooked anything in her life faggot

you don't even have to count it autistically you can just estimate it for like a week and stick to those portions until you have to adjust. the more you micromanage it, the better results you'll get, but if you get the overall thing right you'll see results

>cook
>count all ingredients
>eat it all over a few meals
>don't worry if I got exactly 2 ounces of celery or 6 ounces of chicken
Over eat on protein, don't worry about the rest. Do you also worry that you took 8976 steps but accounted for 9001?

it’s much more useful to develop intuitive awareness of how much you’re eating
i lost my obesity without calorie counting, by just making actual lifestyle changes and changing my diet. so many people are retarded with calorie counting and its a ton of effort too for real food
