Bulgarian split squats give me such bad glute doms it feels like all the fibres in my asscheeks are ripping apart, no homer. I squat regularly too so I have no clue why they give me such bad doms

Thats the weirdest part of it, ive been doing split squats for years. They still make me as horribly sore now as they did when i first started doing them. Maybe i have genetically weak glutes or something

pain is in my right glute. It's only sore while I do the split squats and gets more intense with each one. I mean I just do them because I have a retard's pain tolerance and I'm not a pussy ass bitch, but they still hurt.

I've never had pain in my knees, even at my fattest ~290 pounds.

It never gets easier. I just don't get a quad burn like bgss from any other compound so I won't stop doing them.

Not for me. I was doing split squats with 140 100 in my hands and 40 in a vest and it never stopped injuring my knees no matter how many times I backed off the weight then worked back up. It's like half the reason I stopped homegyming.
