>best non-peptide drug
Ok I get what you're saying but I need to lose weight fast for a wedding and I took a GIP/GLP-1 jab a week ago and it's effects are mind-blowing.
I no longer feel hunger, just a peaceful and perpetual feeling of satiety and don't even think about food anymore. In my case I'm an alcoholic too and I just stopped drinking altogether (used to need to drink daily or I'd be in agony, which is why I got so fat in the first place).
The craving of eating or drinking just ceased to exist and not even in a bad "sad" way. I don't feel like I have lost the enjoyment from food or alcohol, rather I feel an amazing sense of contentment that I do not need either to feel good anymore.
This shit feels like magic. There won't be any other drug that comes close to this for weight-loss that doesn't kill you (i.e. DNP).

i think it's a matter of slowing your metabolism
i did this by accident because as a kid I couldn't be fucked to pack my lunch or spend money on school lunches, so I just went without
1. the more you go without eating, the more you adjust to it
2. keto works. Kinda. the logic that "when you're already burning fat, it doesn't feel much different to burn fat from your gut instead of what you ate" is solid.
Ketotards sometimes insist on shit like "eating carbs or drinking alcohol, even a little, kicks you out of ketosis for 48 hours!"
No??? If I eat 2 hours worth of calories in carbs/booze, I burn that in 2 hours. Then I continue burning calories, because I'm alive. Where am I getting them if it's not alcohol / carbs / fat? You really think the body starts burning muscle instead of fat tissue that's right there?
basically train yourself to eat rarely. staying on mainly fats makes hunger less noticeable, and going without eating for longer means you get used to not eating for longer. After that, eating less and less frequently is much easier.

reminder to not feed your cat more than two bowls of kibble of 60g per day, especially not if you give her wetfood too. 60g of kibble is like 200kcal, which is equivalent to 1800kcal for a human in metabolic expenditure for a cat
