>Go work in construction after years of lifting
>Stronger and more endurant than everyone here
>Feet feels swollen and burning after long time because of carrying stuff around, wearing heavy armored boots and having high bodyweight
>Feel very tired because of it despite zero fatigue in muscles or strain on cardiovascular system
Any recommendations? It's been like this for months already, so it's not like it's an adaptation issue. I will acquire heavy/RX drugs if needed.

Cardio
>>
>>77207593
I already can do 70 30kg kettlebell swings in 1 set. It's not related to cardio.
>>
>>77207612
And those help with your being on your feet all day how? Do some cardio
>>
>>77207561
>Any recommendations?
Try to eat and sleep well, maybe lose some bulk. Other than that there is nothing you can do. A full day if hard labour will make everyone tired no matter how fit they are.

In terms of cardiovascular endurance - yes, definitely. But endurance is not the problem as no amount of cardio will fix it.
>>
>>77207561
It's not you anon I worked a blue collar type of job similar to yours and I also had to wear steel boots and my feet were swollen and hurting every day that I had to work a shift and I'm on the leaner side.

Farmers are rarely buff, but can lift and carry really heavy shit. Strength isn't necessarily mass, and added mass can work against you for functional tasks.
>>
>>77207561
Sounds a bit like vasculatory problems. Tried compression socks?
>>
>>77207620
Must be a skill issue then. I’m walking around with heavy steel toed boots all day and feet are fine even when I go for a run during weekdays

>HEAVY hydration and electrolytes, 4 litres or so
>sleep
>long zone 2 cardio(30+ min)
makes the difference for me, though im not in a job as tough as construction
dont roid for a shit job anon, though it would help
>>
Yeah, it's just like lifting. If you want to lift 100lbs easier - then lift 150.

Same here - if you want your job to be less fatiguing, you need even more endurance than you currently have.

So yeah, endurance and cardio training would help a lot. Also shit-tons of electrolytes and food and water all day - that right there you should notice improvement.

1. Go to Red Wing and tell them you are wiling to spend top dollar for the best boots with the best cushioning support for your feet and pay top dollar.
2. Stretch every morning and every night you wake up and go to bed.
3. You need to eat and extra 250-500 calories on top of what you already do. That's the way she goes, bud.
4. Take supplements that give energy. Vitamin B6 and B12, C and D, Zinc. GET YOUR FUCKING ELECTROLYTES. Potassium is a must. I recommend Iodine as well.
5. Don't be the jobsite nigger. Go at a pace you want and don't kill yourself over it.
6. Get out of construction. The trades are a fucking meme and destroy your body no matter what. It's no different than playing a sport where no matter how hard you train, eventually at some point your body cannot keep up. Tell me how many oldheads you see that don't look like they hate their lives?
7. Also, >>77207799 Either you're the jobsite autist or some /r9k/ loser LARPing.

Because 1 or 2 hours of exercise that you control is not the same as working 6 days a week, 12 hours a day swinging a hammer, drilling through wood and stone, lifting heavy shit constantly, and constantly on your feet with little to no rest. Same way being Tom Brady at 40 in the NFL went down hard every tackle. Again, at some point the hard, constant physicality of it all takes its toll.

Also, how fucking retarded is this board now to not be able to put a concept like this together? Fuck this new gen of autists and fuck these brown people.

I suggest getting new shoes

Those look like absolute shit. No wonder you
are constantly exhausted. Please tell me you are at least wearing safety glasses.
>>
Construction is actually a lot of walking standing and contorting your body around 1000 times a day, and the heavy lifting >100lb is usually performed by machines. Buy some good insoles for your boots
>>
>>77207897
Retard. After seeing his horrible footwear he absolutely needs to get some real fucking boots, but cardio still helps with your feet not hurting after a day of working. Get back to giving yourself carpal tunnel fag
>>
>>77207561
electrolytes
seriously, get some salt

>>77207561
get boots that fit dumbass

Is this true? I was thinking of going that route. Wtf else is there for someone with no connections or useful skills
>>
>>77207997
Estimator, manager, literally any computer skills whatsoever will make you a GAWD in a construction industry. Try and work your way into something at your local company or fudge your resume a bit for other places. Then again, they need to be smaller companies to do so. Or pray hard enough someone actually shoots the orange nigger and Thiel's VP puppet so stocks can actually go up again.
>>
>>77207561
There's nothing to do except get used to it. Jobs like this dont have an equivalent, after 3-6 months your body will adjust to it all. High or low temperatures, standing all day, wearing heavy clothes etc etc your body builds up to it the same way you get stronger when you lift consistently. Just make sure to eat and get your 8 hours of sleep to properly recover and youll get used to it. You'll even have a different type of doms, which is what youre getting now

Cardio is the answer. Cope retards
