The nutritionist jews never want to talk about the importance of microgut biome or fruit enzymes or DHA/EPA omega 3

>implying it needs to be talked about
>implying anyone should take discourse about nutrition on this board seriously
>implying you don't already eat a well-rounded, balanced diet and you need someone to tell you what to do

Just wait until you go down the shitting outside/full squat rabbithole. I don’t use the toilet anymore i carry a garbage bag outside with me shit into it and toss it into the neighbors trash can. Nothing better than the enormous dump you can take full squat out in the sun

DHA is deeply needed and almost over discussed EPA almost impossible to have a deficiency outside a clinical setting where they're omitting it.
The rest are going to be mostly people putting forward shit they don't understand because the research isn't there yet. "maybe you should try it and tell me how it goes" isn't really discussion worthy unless you both agree to get bloodwork every two weeks or something.

"gut biome" is just a catch-all people like to blame their shitty life problems on.
>mental illness, too fat, too skinny, cant sleep, always tired, cant talk to girls, dick cant get hard etc
>bro its ur gut bacteria just eat some yogurt

Rotting/altered food is the most optimal for human consumption.
Things like aged meat, fermented dairy products, alcohols, doughs. Our guts are literally made to eat such stuff. Ever wondered how people could still eat hundreds of years ago when there weren't any fridges? They kept their food items in certain conditions that allowed for preservation. That meant altering food items. Cheese and alcohols are very handy examples.

This also. You could be eating 2 handfuls of food a day and live well, if the whole digestive process was truly optimal. It is not due to already pre-digested foods that we buy.
