I've been cutting for the past 8 weeks. Down 8kg so far. I'm eating 2200-2300 calories per day. It's not too bad. 10k steps per day and lift 4 times a week. I kind of dreamer bulked way too fucking hard so I have at least another 10kg to lose which blows.
