Kind of related to OP but slightly less retarded, I only have access to dumbbells too. I've been doing bulgarian split squats, but I already maxed out my available weight for RDLs. What progression route do I have for that? I tried single leg RDLs but the bottleneck is balance and whatever muscles are used for that rather than the hamstrings I used in normal RDLs.

You can try faggy shit like B-stance RDLs, but the real answer is to learn how to balance the single-leg RDLs or just graduate from dumbbells

That's all I did the first 2 years of lifting because I could only afford adjustable dumbbells.
