a better way to stretch your posterior chain other than stretching is to do the following:
1. squats
2. abs (i prefer planks)
3. push ups
4. repeat to failure
basically, contracting your anterior chain leads to your posterior chain getting stretched.
also as a shut in i prefer this to going outside.. it's much comfier

bend your legs and put a plate on the floor in front of you

>Course don't squat down with it - bend over, and standing up switch to holding it vertically, slow fluid motion both ways, feet almost together and parallel, i would say even a bit of internal hip rotation maybe?

Please explain what you think the point of my post was.

Fuck up hamstrings and lower back musculature which in turn will make the thigs stiff and artificially shortened and do the opposite of intended

The real " stretching" is actually HYPERTROPHY of relevant suiff in physiological ranges

I don't understand how you could have not only possibly missed the point, but then when asked to explain what you thought the point was, you just respond with some absolutely incoherent non sequitur reply.

Probably a bot.

I explained picture here:

your routine bot is opposite of stretching psoas - it's clenching it up

op you're fucking retarded, your anterior and posterior chain aren't a pulley system, sure contracting your anterior will create some level of tension on your posterior, "stretching" it, but ultimately a far inferior stretch because of a lack of ROM.
