How this overweight old dude "unc" gonna tell people they weak when he does 30-40% of the workout (he skips the 200 burpees + 10-20 hill runs) so he can outlift his guests who are elite powerlifters and would kick his ass every day of the week. 200 burpees is literally the hardest part of every workout and he just skips it.
