When you say painkillers do you mean like aspirin? Or opioids? If it’s the former then… just stop taking it I guess, not sure why that’s difficult. But if you’re addicted the latter, good luck. Thing about weed is it's harder to pass a drug test because it stays in your system so long compared to literally anything else. I have probably smoked more potent weed than most in history and when i quit a few days ago i still have vomiting and the runs.
