When I was 22-23, 185lbs 10% BF, every time I walked into a bar in my college town I was ready for a fight. Never happened. I wasn’t going to start it, but was damn well going to finish it.
Now, ~40yrs later, 20+ pounds heavier (~16-18% BF), I’m not looking for fights (mostly), but between my stern look and size, it startles me how often both women and bros apologize for being in my way. I “smile” and say no problem.
I guess size does matter. Didn’t happen back in college, or a 1 1/2 yrs ago when same weight as college.
Anyways. Go to Gym

I think i fucked up. I have been training in this new gym near my house for the last 3 months always wearing hoodies and larger t-shirts so i hide my powerlevel and my gains. The roided up gym owner and the gymcels there knew something is up with my physique because i'm outbenching and ohping everyone there so i was getting some attention already but today for some reason i was pumped as fuck after getting in a verbal fight at my job and i wore my black t-shirt that is tight as fuck on me and the gym onwer was looking at me aggresively as i was repping full stack on the tricep pushdowns and a couple of manlets came up and said that my physique is insane. Also kinda irrelevant but a girl came to me when i wa s ohpressing and asked me if im done with the pushdowns, idk if she is into me

Im just polite to people. Has nothing to do with any induvidual in particular. But i also have noticed people do seem to respecte me more. I mean, im small so no one is scared, but you can tell i have discipline from my body.
