You might not realize it, but your 'zeek is more than enough.
Just to put it into perspective
>if you don't have a massive beer gut belly sticking out then you are easily in the top 20% when it comes to being lean and healthy, unironically
>If you can do 10 pullups you are easily in the top 5-1% by upperbody pulling strength of the adult population
>laughable average numbers for sprints/bench/etc
the bar is so incredibly low that by virtue of being able bodied in the healthy-range BMI man that's not a total wreck then you are so ahead of the curve that it's not even funny
congratulations, you now have my permission to feel better about yourself

I don't want to be compared to the average. I want to be compared to the greats

Elite-level athletes in all sports are constantly getting injured and elite-level bodybuilders in particular ACK a lot. You're better off staying in the top 2-3% than striving for the top 0.01% if you want to avoid the orthopedic surgeon's office.

Enough for who man? Myself? God? Certainly not women! I'm 23! I got the whole world to compete with! And I have nothing! NOTHING! I'm in a cocoon right now. I'm not ready. I'm not enough yet.
