is picrel a recommended source of protein? should i alternate between it, tuna, eggs, lupines?

It's a good source of everything but protein if you're getting artisanal cheese or at least something that's not plastic cheese
I believe cream cheeses have more protein but good luck getting +20g of protein from that a day or day in day out without pigging out

You don't eat cheese primarily for protein, although it's nice to have. Cheese is good mainly for the other micros such as calcium and vitamin Deez.

Low fat quark, cottage cheese and Harzer, those are the great protein cheeses.
most cheeses simply have way too much fat and thus calories to be efficient protein sources.
