I'm 6' 330lb, 24 years old.
I'm moving up to a new job that will leave me with some more money to spend, I can get it prescribed by a private clinic for obesity legally but I would be paying full price.
I've tried dieting several times with more and less success here and there but I can't do it, I always end up shooting back up no matter how much I lose.
I can commit to going to the gym regularly, I don't know why I can't get my eating under control.

It won’t fix your eating habits long term nor will it address your probable mental issues causing you to want to eat a lot. You need to take a look in the mirror and ask yourself why are you eating so much and what are you eating, and ask yourself if it’s worth fucking up your future for. With ozempic they’ll just be making a quick buck off you

but it could help me lose 100lbs and look like an actual human being for the first time ever in my life
I've never not been fat, I eat when I'm stressed, I eat when I'm bored, even when I manage to keep up the diet for longer I just lose motivation and reverse it all in a week.

>but it could help me lose 100lbs and look like an actual human being for the first time ever in my life
So could eating normal human-sized portions and exercising
>>
>>77214665
I exercise regularly, I gym 3x a week and I get 10k steps every day, I can't get my eating under control as I've stated. I've tried many diets, I've tried fasting, I calorie count, it works for a while but I can't seem to make a long-term change to my life, I lack the willpower or discipline to do it.
>>
>>77214601
This is a good start.

Semaglutide is great, but you literally cannot stay on it forever. So you need a plan on how to use it for X months, souch that when you get off it you ahve fixed the lifestyle issues that cause you to be a fat tub of guts who cant stop eating.

The fact that you eat when your bored is a great place to start. Dont get bored - get a physical hobby that occupies your evenings so that after school/work/gym you can calmly "recreate" without being bored. Good example is woodworking if youre a man or knitting/crocheting if youre a woman. You need a diet and exercise program that is sutainable for your gluttonous habvits. Learn to cook real food not goy slop when your on Ozempic. Become addictdd to bodybuilding or Powerlifting where improvement requires adherence to excellent nutrtion (high protein, good macro/micro nutients, proper number of calroies/carbs). Catabolic activities like marathon running are disordered and notmfun.

So go ahead - get Ozempic and get your gluttony udner control, but you need to plan, Plan, PLAN on how to suceed with our diet and exercisae once you get off. Identify weaknesses, dvelop strageies. Read, learn, educate yourself.
>>
>>77214577
it supplements willpower more than anything else. As long as you learn to adapt your eating habits, it will work. If you don't adapt, you will gain the weight back.

take it, anyone that says otherwise is either a jelly poorfag, a hungry skellington that is mad that fatties have a way to lose weight, or they're a bucket crab.
>>
>>77214682
>>77214686
I have a lot of hobbies, most of them physical, a lot of my problems are from snacking, which sometimes I do without even noticing consciously. I'll get on Ozempic, get down to 230lbs and then try to get a diet planned out that I can hold myself to and maintain that weight forever, that's my plan.
>>
>>77214577
Try carnivore first its healthier than artificially slowing your digestive system
>>
They are thinking about rolling it out in some countries, and there are a few alternatives that may be just as good. Stop shoving so much food in your face and move more would be better.
>>
>>77214577
Don't listen to skinny people. Was 370 now 179, get zepbound if you can. Just follow a basic lifestyle change, focus on 120 grams of protein, at least 20 grams of fiber but 30 is better. Cheap protein drinks are your friend. High fiber fruits are your friend. Don't listen to non obese people, absolutely take the drugs if your doctor is offering them. Add 20 minutes of squats, lunges, and push-ups 3 times a week and you're good to go. Some hilly casual walking as well. It's a miracle drug for those of us that have been obese since puberty, dont listen to anyone that has never been fat. Everything in life is better under 200 pounds.
>>
>>77214686
>anyone that says otherwise is either a jelly poorfag, a hungry skellington that is mad that fatties have a way to lose weight, or they're a bucket crab.
OP can do whatever, but I wouldn't personally take a GLP-1 knowing what I know. You're not supposed to lose weight that quickly. It's not healthy. But there's money to be made, and people are betting that any known health risks are outweighed by the benefits of not being a fat.

More broadly, I think the fitness community has a problem with it because it (temporarily) removes requirements for discipline and self improvement from the equation. It's like the stigma people get for roiding, only worse because a GLP-1 requires absolutely no effort from the individual.
>>
>>77214715
I tried keto a few years ago and it just made me way too gassy and out of it.
>>77214751
They're only prescribing it to diabetics generally, but you can get a prescription at a private clinic here if you are in the obese BMI category, you just pay full price. My plan is basically to just get it and live off of nothing but eggs, protein shakes, vegetable soup and apples.
>>77214754
You can control how quickly you lose weight, the doctor can customize the dose and you can set up a diet plan, also I work out and I will try to get in a lot of whey to try and keep most of my muscle.
>>
>>77214794
If you can make it work, go for it. I'm sure there's a balance to it all, but anecdotally, I know several people who lean too heavily on the medication. I bet they feel better, but the end result doesn't look great.

There's really no getting around diet and exercise if you want to look good. Being skinny is honestly pretty easy if you can count calories. Balancing macros is where it becomes difficult.
>>
>>77214577
Yes.
>>77214594
Shut up retard.
>>
>>77214577
I'm on Mounjaro (GIP+GLP-1, so its more effective than Ozempic) to drop some weight before a wedding.

I no longer feel hunger, just a peaceful and perpetual feeling of satiety and don't even think about food anymore. In my case I'm an alcoholic too and I just stopped drinking altogether (used to need to drink daily or I'd be in agony, which is why I got so fat in the first place).

The craving of eating or drinking just ceased to exist and not even in a bad "sad" way. I don't feel like I have lost the enjoyment from food or alcohol, rather I feel an amazing sense of contentment that I do not need either to feel good anymore.

This shit feels like magic. There won't be any other drug that comes close to this for weight-loss that doesn't kill you (i.e. DNP).
>>
>>77214944
But yeah I don't think I'll be able to take this long term.
>>
>>
Where to get this cheap(er)?????
>>
To get black market ozempic and the other glp1s, go to glp1forum dot com. You'll have to do a bit of reading but you won't have to make an account to find the sites you need to go to. I give myself a weekly poke with a tiny insulin syringe. Hardly even feel it. Lost about 100 lbs in a year.
>>
>>77214601
It's because you eat hyper caloric preprocessed slop. What you eat influences satiety a lot.
>>
>>77214794
if keto is making you gassy then youre buying (((keto(tm)))) processed slop from the inner sections of the grocery store
actual meat wont make you gassy
and try adding salt to your water next time idk. ppl say that stops the "keto flu" but idk i dont know what that even means really
>>
>>77214577

>>
>>77214754
Glp detractors are short little bald uglies losing their last card of not being fat. Retatrutide helped me lost 50 lbs and arrested some athritic problems that really were wrecking my life. I now train 5x a week sometimes 6 days. I feel great. Get some chinese bathtub retatrutide. It is cheaper than the food you wont be eating.
>>
>>77214794
You dont need to change what you eat. Retatrutide will change what seems good to eat which will be most things and less of it. I used to enjoy cheese. Im not too keen on it now. I like chicken, rice, oats, greens, some beef and fish. I take a multi vitamin and fish oil. Forget about food, food noise is done, over, gone, get lost, and focus on gym and sleep and water.
>>
>>77214577
Get it at TrumpRX prices
If you can get to the gym regularly but can’t get your eating under control this will probably be the silver bullet you need
>>
>>77214577
needing to inject yourself with drugs just because you can't stop overeating is fucking pathetic, but if you're 330lbs you've forfeited your dignity long ago so you might as well take it and get down to a human weight already
>>
>>77214944
Anon, congrats. I am happy for you and the drinking part, i wonder if my friend could use this to stop drinking and lose some weight. I lost 50 lbs and have a drink occasionally.
>>
>>77215530
Thanks for the advice loser. Post body. You wont. I lost the weight and nobody cares how. My ankles and back dont care. My girlfriend does not care. You are still short and ugly, no pill for that.

>i can always lose weight
>youll always be ugly
i remember a woman posting this like 20 years ago on some early social website
>>
>>77214577
You should.
You can’t stay on it forever, and there is a max dose. So you need to squeeze every learning opportunity you can out of it. It’s going to teach you a lot but you need to recognize what it’s doing in real time. Learn what a normal portion size, how to fast and abstain, and that you won’t die if you don’t eat.

You can out eat ozempic if you think it’s just gonna do everything for you. You need to incorporate fasting and a strong exercise regimen while you’re on the stuff.

Also don’t be a fucking boomer, just get the compounded tirzepatide online through lavender sky or another similar provider, don’t go to that dumbass clinic again they’re robbing you.

Pomegranate telehealth for compounded tirzep in usa. Chinese powder on glp1forum or stairwaytogray. Outside of us/eu/uk you're kind of fucked right now because there is a customs crackdown. But should be better next month
>>77215907
You can buy from a chinese vendor with a history of good reviews and tests. Tirz 600mg $200, reta 600mg $300. send to get tested in czechia $400. $50-60/mo total cost. You will save 2x that on reduced food costs. If you have fat friends or family buy multiple kits and split the testing cost
>>
Being that fat, at any age, but especially young, is a crime against yourself. Take any measure necessary to get to a normal BMI/waist circumference.
>>
>>77214693
230lbs is still fat at 6'

You should be aiming for 190lbs maybe even as low as 180.
>>
>>77216191
I don't really want to go under 100kg desu
>>77216152
So let me get this straight, I order semaglutide from glp1forum, send it to czechia to get tested then I take it?
I'm ordering then sending it in the mail and expecting to get it back, how the fuck would EU customs not seize the shit?
>>
>>77214693
Okay. But not good enough. You really need to concentrate on making lifting part of your identity and lifestyle. If it is, extra calories become muscle. Which enhances life, unlike fat. "Planning a diet" sound good on paper, but will not work in practice.

https://lavenderskyhealth.com/treatment-plan-pricing/

One of the prices for ozempic there:

>TIER 3 (20mg total) $260 total for 8-10 week supply

This is some wild markup. You can reconstitute it yourself and get 5 times that amount for nearly 1/5th the price if you remove most of the middlemen and order directly from China. Just need to get monero and pay through Peptaura.
>>
>>77216227
Lifting is a part of my lifestyle though and it's had an overall positive effect on my life, I do look visibly more muscular and am way stronger since I started but by itself it's not enough to lose weight for me.
I lift weights 3x a week and I get 10k steps daily.
>>
>>77216218
Pretty sure anon meant buy 600mg of it, and mail a tiny sample of that to get tested.

That or go with a vendor that has plenty of tests and certificates of analysis already available for a good reputation.
>>
>>77216266
So would I just get needles at a vet store and self inject or what? I hear you can get fucked up with dirty needles even if you boil it after every use.
>>
>>77216267
So buy new sterile needles in bulk anon jesus. They don't reuse needles in hospitals and doctor's offices.

Throw them away in a sturdy sharps disposal container like a milk jug, or use a dirty needle disposal biohazard box that's in like every public men's room in some cities.
>>
>>77216288
Well sorry I didn't even know that you could just buy needles without a prescription or anything, don't they get the cops on you if someone notices needles in your garbage or something? I'm really paranoid about shit like this, I wouldn't even think about it if semaglutides weren't so unreasonably expensive.
>>
>>77216297
I mean it's not a legal mandate, brick and mortar pharmacies just nearly universally refuse as a policy to sell people sterile needles without a prescription, but you can order a pack off Amazon.

They're often marketed as 'insulin' needles.

You need a large mixing syringe to handle the large amount of bacteriostatic water to reconstitute the peptide vial, before you get to actually pinning with a more standard size of needle if you go watch a video tutorial on 'How To Reconstitute And Inject Peptides.'
>>
>>77216297
>don't they get the cops on you if someone notices needles in your garbage

if you have a paranoid Karen who notices something maybe. Just use a public anonymous sharps disposal box to become surveillance-proof?
>>
Ozempic caused a slampig holocaust. I will never forgive it.
>>
>>77216330
>Just use a public anonymous sharps disposal box to become surveillance-proof?
I've never seen anything like this anywhere ever.
>>
>>77216339
I mean the things mounted on the walls of tons of public restrooms in America.
>>
>>77216218
Find a vendor that has recent good test results. Lots of results are available on stairwaytogray You can either Yolo or if you are super paranoid send 1 vial out for testing. The kits come with 10 vials.
>>77216297
What country are you in that has a garbage patrol digging through residential trash cans? And cross reference lists for diabetics. Sweden or Norway? You just dispose of then in a solid plastic container like empty laundry detergent bottlen throw the bottle in a piblic can at the park if youre that paranoid. Wipe your fingerprints of course. Or at a needle exchange. I thought junkies didn't go to jail in Europe.
>>
>>77216364
Yeah we don't have these in the EU, or at least not my country.
>>77216266
Another question, why Czechia for testing? Don't they have more stringent laws about this then even other EU countries?
>>
>>77216297
Since you already know the metric system of cc/mL, you're also gonna need to learn the difference between thick 18 gauge needles and skinny 31 gauge needles so you don't go poking yourself with the giant ones.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birmingham_gauge#Sizes_of_hypodermic_needles
>>
>>77216372
There is a testing company called janoshik in czechia. It is the only test company that most vendors will issue refund or replacement if it tests underfilled or not pure. Their customs must be lax because everyone sends stuff to him and I've never heard of a seizure. He does interviews and hasn't been arrested or anything.
>>
>>77216368
I don't think they necessarily are but Hungary is pretty garbage about things like this, but specifically for semaglutides, they are prescription only but not(?) controlled substances, so getting some online for personal use shouldn't be criminal I think?
I don't really know, first I'll definitely just go around to the local private clinics and ask their prices just so I don't have to potentially deal with legal shit.

We regret to inform you that tests can cost many times the price of the amount of product you're typically ordering.
>>
>>77216462
This is why there are organized group tests. Can split the testing cost down to $50 or less per person. But even with $200 product, $500 testing, you get a year supply for $700. Or with 2 kits, 2 years for $900. Compared to $450/mo here in the usa for pharma vials or $300 in yurop. My YOLO strategy was buy from high volume vendors with a good rep and just wait for publicly available tests for my batches. I have 2000mg that's tested 99%+ purity. If I needed max dose Id average $25/mo including bac/pins. Probably half that for sema but it drops my blood sugar too much. I originally paid $1100/mo for pharma zepbound pens before I found gray
>>
>>77214577
No. You should eat less and exercise.
>>
>>77216526
How much per 100mg of each peptide are you paying now?
>>
>>77216541
I buy 600 mg kits, tirz is $30/100mg , reta $50/100mg. If you buy the 100mg kit it's $60 tirz, $100 reta . I buy multiple kits to split between family members so it's free shipping. Lower priced kits, $50 shipping.

>>77214577
Take it. It is an absolute miracle drug, and the side effects, if any, aren't as bad as obesity, the largest literal and figurative cause of every health problem. I struggled with my weight for years, finally about nine years ago I lost 75lbsthrough diet and exercise and kept it off for about 7 years by continuing to exercise and eat the same diet. About two years ago my weight started creeping up again; about 15lbs in two years. I'm getting older; it's harder to work out six days a week and at the same intensity. Also during this entire nine years I was always hungry, all the time. The hunger never went away. my body never got used to being a lower weight. About two months ago I found a shady doctor that would prescribe it to me (my real one wouldn't because I'm technically still a "healthy" weight, which I'm not but they're so used to Amerifats that a regular overweight man is healthy to them) and it had been like night and day. The constant hunger is gone. I can eat a regular portioned meal, and that's it, I'm not hungry for the rest of the day. I feel like I'm a blind man who was given sight; this is what normal people are like all the time. I've lost seven pounds so far. I cannot recommend this more.
>>
>>77214577

You're morbidly obese. You can get Zepbound easily
You are morbidly obese, you are unintelligent and have no self control, losing weight without a GLP-1 isn't in the cards
>>
>>77216693
That won't fix my deeply imbedded dietary issues, I'd just feel more hungry and eat more
>>
I don’t get fat people. Just don’t eat, it’s not hard. It’s not even a challenge, it’s a lack thereof.

not eating is literally easier than eating. How do you have the motivation to eat without pause. Are you not tired of making 5 meals per day?
>>
>>77216769
Yeah it's like paying money to a personal trainer or life coach to tell you to do things you already know you should be doing.

It makes no logical sense but some people lack the executive function to boss themselves around.
>>
>>77216769
>>77216834
If you're broke, just say that
>>
>>77214577
Yes, in your case I would absolutely just do the Ozempic.

You're not trying to lose 15-20 lbs... you are clinically obese. The health consequences of being 330 lbs are extraordinary. Would it be better if you did it without a drug? Yes, but it's unlikely to happen.

Get the GLP1 and work on building muscle and being a healthier person overall. Make it your goal to eventually titrate off the medication, not be on it forever. You still need to learn how to eat right, track your calories etc. or you will never keep it off.

>>77216297
You must be joking... syringes are a common at-home medical purchase, people inject insulin and other meds with them.
>>
>>77216769
>How do you have the motivation to eat without pause. Are you not tired of making 5 meals per day?
Do you not have a mom, grandma, siblings, friends or a girlfriend?
Also, usually it's not about making 5 meals, it's like 2 meals of really shitty food and absent minded snacking. I think it's pretty difficult to understand for people but it's an actual addiction just like cigarettes or probably much harder drugs.
>>77216882
I knew people self inject insulin, I thought they got the needles at the pharmacy along with their insulin prescription, I didn't know anyone can just buy needles online.
Also, I know how to track my calories, I know what I'm supposed to be eating, the difficult part is that I have a total inability to actually do it, I do well for a while, someone offers me some food, I go over on my calories then slowly over a week I just give up cause in my mind I already failed, I have a constant hungry feeling, even if not in my stomach I will get the mental urge.

So bacteriostatic water is commonly sold in 3mg, 5mg, and 10mg vials. Vials have a rubber seal that requires a sharp needle to pierce it.

Peptides are sold in freeze-dried (lyophilized) powder form, also stored in vials with rubber seals, and with plenty of empty space in them for reconstituting them by injecting bacteriostatic water into the vial through the seal.

Syringes are classified by the mL/cc the barrel can hold and the gauge of the needle. You want a 5ml or 10ml barrel and a thick 18G needle for constitution. But since each dose is going to be much smaller than the entire contents of a vial, you want a smaller barrel for subcutaneous injection, and a fine 30G or 31G needle.

https://www.adwdiabetes.com/articles/understanding-insulin-needle-gauges-27g-vs-28g-vs-29g-vs-30g-vs-31g

(And every time a needle is used it gets microscopically damaged and less sharp, and therefore less safe to use even if it's sterilized.
Frequent intravenous drug users can end up with collapsed veins due to reused needles and incompetence, even if they never catch any disease. In this case, a damaged or blunted needle risks picking up a fragment of rubber from the rubber seal on the vial.)

redpilled should avoid glp, it will cause diabetes. pharma kikes and vaxxed docs act like glp is well researched kek normies wont learn they insulin resistant for a while. the science is incredibly easy to science with even a basic understanding of human body and what these drugs do. tricking the intestines into thinking food to digest means eventually insulin levels gonna git rekt. aint nobody quit glp’s either, normies just get skinny then lie and say no mo, but really they gain back 10-20lbs instantly and go back on the juz. zero reason to quit either tbf. they keep getting cheaper n cheaper. normal corpo insurance is $200 a month for the pill vers and its now $80 for the injectable. its being shilled as corpo health insurance covered everywhere and pushed onto primarily millenials and boomers.
>side note
boomers, just take speed. get actual pharma meth instead. iz way healthier and easier on body, low dose adhd meds for appetite suppress is easy easy doctor ask too. more energy and lose weight safe pace.

Obviously, people will differently about the difficulty in portion control, but in my experience, I can still eat the (shitty) foods I crave when counting calories, just in moderation. Tracking macros + cutting is where you are really forced into "is this food worth the consequence?".

I guess I'm lucky for being someone with an addictive personality who never coped with food, but I don't think my mind craves "fullness" anyway. I want to fade away.

Retatrutide will fuck you up long term, you'll need ever increasing amounts just to not binge yourself to obesity, as your body fat set point permanently drifts upwards over time
>>
>>77216968
Do these things last after reconstitution? So if my does is smaller then the total content can I use the same vial a few times or do I mix the poweder and inject then throw away? In that case do I need to buy exact dosing? For semaglutide it says to start from a small dose and ramp up to maintainance, do kits you order come like that or will all the vials in a kit be the same?
Also, the dose chart saying 0.2mg, is that the weight of the powder or the weight after mixing with bac water?

slightly safer than being an obese whale if you're too weak and retarded to eat properly. only slightly safer and not very aesthetic. you'll always look like someone who is thin because they're on drugs, like a junkie or alcoholic. it'll never make you look like an actual healthy person.
>>
>>77217704
they took the smeg but never worked out and just starved themselves (and atrophied all their muscles)
>>
>>77217709
fatties need to eat and exercise properly if they want to look good and actually be healthy. but the majority of them they won't, because they're lazy fatties looking for a cheat code.
ozempic is probably fine short term if you're a healthy bodybuilder and want to reach low bodyfat %. doing it natty is still gonna be safer than ozempic tho.

Buddy, your clinics are buying the same exact chinese bathtub shit and reselling at a 10-20x markup.

The bacteriostatic water you mix with the powder has alcohol in it that acts as a preservative. Some users discard after 28 days but many push to 12 weeks with good sterile practices. The mg dose is the weight of active semaglutide not the total visible powder in the vials, the powder is 99% filler.

Starting dose of Sema is .25mg OR 250 MICROgrams once a week. So if you buy a kit of 5mg Sema your first vial would last for 10 weeks at the standard dose titration. .25 for 4 weeks, .5 for 4 weeks, 1 for 2 weeks. Once it's mixed you store it in the fridge. Your second vial you can use for 5 weeks at 1mg a week. Based on your results and side effects you can decide to increase or maintain the same dose. A $50 5mg kit even at max dose lasts 20 weeks.
peptidedosecalculatorDOTcom

Always best to start with a low mg kit if you are a new user. If you fuck up your calculations and overdose on half a vial at least you only took 1X max dose. MIscalculate on a 20mg vial and you've taken 4X the maximum dose and will likely need an IV in the emergency department

Well from what I see prescribed Wegowy is about 3x the price of chinese Semaglutide powder
>>77217849
So it's better to get the smallest vials? I wouldn't want to use them once they get over 28 days.
I see you can just order bac water from amazon and other online sports supplement sites, is it better to grab from there or better to order from the chinese lab I get the sema from?
>>
>>77214577
You should do whatever it takes since you're incapable of making even the most basic choice to not stuff your fat stupid mouth. You've proven that you have the will and self-discipline of a literal child.

>>
>>77217849
Also on glp1forum I mostly see people selling retard, tirz and hgh and a bunch of scam peptides and basic sema seems rare, is tirz really that much better?
Also any reccomendedation for a "trustworthy" lab that supplies to EU?
>>
>>77217843
He's in a post-Soviet state maybe they're marketing to really poor buyers there.

>>77217928
Are you totally sure? Checking EU countries, it looks like in the Netherlands they charge €270 for a month's supply of 9.6 mg, and €270 ÷ 9.6 mg ≈ €28 per mg. Which is cheaper than American prices, but is a 40x markup over buying lyophilized powder - buying ten vials of 10mg can be $63 or 63 cents per mg.

There's no stable recommended name to use. We probably shouldn't even mention specific vendors here. Just use a decent curator middleman of vendors and pick one. Delivering to America and the EU is seldom a problem pretty sure it's mostly Australia and NZ that are troublesome with customs.
>>
>>77218297
At the highest end dosing wegowy goes for 75k HUF per month, which is 200EUR, so you're correct, I failed to take into account that for 60EUR you're getting a couple months does online.
>>77218310
The smallest I saw looking on the forums was ten vials of 5mg for sema and ten of 10 for tirz
>>77218344
>Just use a decent curator middleman of vendors and pick one.
Sorry but what curator would that be?
>>
Since there's several users in here. Is there anything more one can do to optimize progress? Does it matter where you shoot it? Perhaps thighs vs belly. Do you guys warm up the spot you inject into?
I already run and eat like basically nothing right now.
I should cut off the sugar free energy drinks next. I drink like 3 per day...

Hospira brand water if you're able to find in Europe. I used Chinese bac water on my first orders but I use hospira now.

Tirz is more total weight loss and less muscle loss . Less gastrointestinal sides. Gray Tirz used to be much more expensive than gray sema , but now they are similar $/dose. I start my family members on tirz.
>>
>>77214682
>cannot stay on it forever

Why not?
>>
>>77218877
>the 'food noise' is killing me
Just tell them that. Doctors are less reluctant to prescribe GLP-1s (aside from the cost) compared to addictive shit like painkillers and adderall.

Once you reach your goal weight, there is barely anything left to lose and you run into the risk of starving yourself to death.
>>
>>77218528
According to studies on insulin, injection site location modifies absorption rate but not percentage. Stomach then Arm is faster absorption, strong intial food aversion. Thigh slower absorption better if you experience a lot of gastrointestinal side effects. In my case at least.
I don't warm or ice the Injection site.
Most important thing for progress is using it as a tool to dial in your nutrition and always getting enough protein first.
We all already know about calories, tdee, iifym, this just makes sticking to it easier.
If you are taking reta drop the energy drink. Reta increases resting heart rate and can cause insomnia. don't throw 600mg of caffeine on top

I want to do a 2-3 month cut, adding Tirz or Sema for slight appetite suppression. My discipline and ability to diet is pretty good, I just wanna make it easier.
Is 30mg total Tirz enough to last 3 months (2.5mg/week)? What about Sema to get the equivalent effect? Is 5mg total (0.4mg/week) enough? Which is better?
>>
>>77219140
Tirz is better with less sided. Zero reason to do sema. Equivalent dosage mostly

Some software engineer dude made a vendor aggregator website, there's a screenshot of it back here >>77216237

The founder is popular on Twitter. Since it's an aggregator middleman like Amazon there are reviews and negative repercussions for a vendor if they get caught fucking up.

Since you're worried about the legality you should buy crypto and use an encrypted option like Monero or Zcash for payments. Vendors often give discounts for paying in crypto.

Of course there's still the possibility of getting it direct from a research materials seller like https://homopeptide.net/contact that ships from a warehouse in Germany if you want to take things into your own hands.

what's the downside of ordering for homopeptide? the prices don't seem to be much worse and for my uneducated eyes they seem more trustworthy then the chinese labs on glp1forum
>>
>>77219802
They ARE clearly a Chinese lab. They ARE one of those 27 vendors with a subforum on the forum.

They're just a Chinese lab that happens to have a a warehouse in Germany which cuts down on shipping times.

If you go direct to any of those 27 Chinese labs directly, then there is no third-party to advocate on your behalf in the case of a dispute between buyer and seller.

So you may want to bring your business to the Amazon of peptides so there's someone who isn't on the seller's side involved, handling escrow and with the power to pull all that seller's customers away from them.

One additional benefit to the middleman:

Not a single vendor accepts XMR for payment. But using Peptaura, at least when I tried it, it was possible to pay using XMR ZEC or SOL and not just the basic bitch options like BTC ETH USDC.

So to use an encrypted option for untraceable payments like ZEC or XMR you literally need the middleman.

288 lbs to 155 lbs over 26 months. No drugs, no surgery.
Start small if you need. Stop drinking cokes, limit going out, limit processed foods, stop drinking alcohol.
Caloric deficit, count your calories, lift, and if you have access to a pool swim.

>>77216769
The problem is that people ultimately do need to eat. Sure, any fatass can fast for days, weeks or even months, but eventually, assuming they hit their goal weight, they'll need to eat again, and if they didn't learn how to eat like a normal, then they'll gain all the weight back.

Unironically the best advice would be to just reduce the amount you eat and look at this as a lifestyle change to maintain forever. IMO, it's unrealistic to assume that someone will never eat a dessert or candy or whatever again, so it's pivotal to learn how to eat those things in moderation. Don't eat a whole pizza, only 1 or 2 slices. Stuff like that.

We've been using GLP-1s to treat type two diabetics for 20 years. They don't cause diabetes, they help manage it. Also insulin resistance is a meme anyways. It's a spectrum, like AIDS. Once you're sufficiently resistant you're considered diabetic. Diet and exercise changes can make you not diabetic again.

>>77214577
Unless you adress the underlying issues causing you to be fat, you will remain fat regardless of an GLP-1 drug. I know a girl who was 100lb overweight and got on Ozempic thinking it was some miracle drug sent from heaven. She did NOT adress why she was fat (non-stop alcohol consumption, over eating, depression, laziness/lack of exercise) and while she lost a little weight to begin with, she quickly used the drug as a crutch and began to eat more than ever and drink more alcohol as well.
What you need is a therapist. You need someone to help you figure out the puzzle that is (You). Once you begin to understand your past self, current self and potential future selves, you can formulate and execute a plan for self-improvement.
I too have been overweight, I too struggled with drinking. I finally figured out what made me tick so to speak and back in 2024 started a 3 year self-improvement plan. I went from 220lbs to 175lbs, haven't had a drop of alcohol in almost 2 years now, went from needing 2 high blood pressure meds, 1 depression med, 1 sleep med to needing ZERO meds.
You can beat this monster within you, but self discovery should be your first step, not drugs.

I'm fat because I'm constantly hungry because my body has been fucked up by obesity since I was 8, it seems like you're well intentioned but you were barely even fat, I even approach a healthy weight I need to drop 1/3 of my entire bodyweight and the sooner that happens the better my health outcomes will be, so why should I not get on GLP1? I doubt that any side effects can be worse then what morbid obesity causes.
>>
People should at least try to drastically alter their eating habits, and exercise for a few months before thinking of injecting something that you may have to take for life.
>>

I've been working out for 3 years and I've tried several diets, I've been calorie counting for about 2 years, my problem is a lack of self control when it comes to being hungry all the time.

Don't want to be the Doomer, but I thought about this recently:
As soon as you're obese your skin is stretched out forever, isn't it?
I heard that loosing weight more slowly is better, but still.
Seriously, don't get fat in the first place.
Cook your own food, keep moving throughout the day, drink less soda. Maybe drink coffee and smoke lol.
I would totally kms with all those skin folds and/or scars.
