I'm here to remind you to avoid sun stroke in this beautiful spring weather. Stay in shade and remain hydrated. Thank you.

I once hiked the whole Las Vegas strip when it was like 108F, just downing a couple of water bottles... also it's like all of 50F where I'm at the next few days so I think I'm good, lmao.

I referee outdoor sports on weekends so I can't stay in the shade. I'm usually out in the middle of the sun for 6-8 hours.

At least you don't go home alone and do nothing else.

Last sunday the sun and heat were terrible. Gf nearly passed out. I took her to the cinema to benefit from free AC and we watched the mario movie. Gf is an aspie so she had a shit ton of fun. I love her so much bros.

You gotta seek the sun at every opportunity to build up your tolerance. Reminder that sun glasses cause skin cancer.

Remember: shade and cloud cover only reduce the UV exposure from the sun by ~10-20% but reduce risk of cancer by 50%. You'll still produce all the vitamin d and get all of the blue light cycle signals with WAY less health risk.
Also sunscreen only blocks ~2-5% of UV.
